Der Trip war ein voller Erfolg und man konnte anhand des Explorer Passes wirklich gut sparen. Kann ich jedem empfehlen. :)

GoCity is ok except when it goes wrong
It is value for money except when it goes wrong and GoCity did not fix it. We bought a family 5 attraction pass. On our final day one of the passes would not scan at the entry for the attraction despite it showing a history of only 4 used. I was asked to leave and call GoCity, which I tried but could not get through. I contacted them via online chat at the time and was told they would get back to me. We had to leave the attraction. I paid for 5 attractions and got 4. GoCity offered initially a 5% refund then 10% which I also refused. I believe they should have refunded 1/5 of the cost of the tickets - they also refused. Poor show, I did not get what I paid for. And they did not attempt to compensate accordingly.

Great access to all the amazing sights and attractions of the big apple. I would highly recommend due to ease of use and great savings.

Don’t waste your money!
Terrible can’t cancel reservations no matter what even if something happens just out of that money. The website doesn’t depict actual policy. It’s different than what’s stated on site/app.

No pude reservar para disfrutar de lo que la compañía ofrece debido a que no me reconocía los pases.
No pude usarlo, debido a que el sistema de actividades me hizo saber que no podía canjerse el ticket. Así que tuve que comprar mis actividades y pagar aparte porque no me sirvió la tarjeta.
