Glad I opted for All-Inclusive Go-city Pass
We had wonderful holiday in Singapore, thanks to All Inclusive pass, the ticketing at attractions were seamless and value for money. However one Major flaw is the chat helpdesk... absolute hapless! They were devoid of technical details of the reservations for Universal Studios and Luge, on questions regarding exact time during the day we need to check when respective attractions open the window for reservation. Support need to do more than just give link to reservation page. They need to understand the timezone the customer is in and advice the exact time we need to use reservation timeslot. After using the app, I personally can do better job at helping your clients.

The worst exprience
NO COMMON SENSE OR CUSTOMER RIGHTS Even though an upgade charges you extra money unlike the description on their website, they won’t take responsiblity. If you claim them to fix it just like they descripted, they will remove the upgrade without prior notice and lead you cancel your pass. BUT FUNNY THING IS, once you cancel your pass, the upgrade will be back on business. I canceled my passes with full refund BUT I doubt I would have got a full refund if I had purchased it more than 90 days ago. For your health and time, DO NOT BUY it in advance if there is room to change in your travel plan.

Great value for money
We purchased the 3 day pass. Great value for money and way to explore NYC. You need to plan your day to get the most out of it. Highly recommend the bus tour to Bronx, Harlem & Queens and World Trade Centre memorial. When going to The Edge, you need to pay extra if you visit during "peak" times. We were not aware of this so check this before you go.

Loved this pass! Saved us money and just had to book things in the morning but on a few of them, not actually committed to a time slot! So good

I had a great trip to NYC and the City Pass app made it even better. Always something to do and explore and the map feature and planning feature in the app was great to suggest a daily itinerary. Worked really well do me and my trip.

Excellent app
Extremely easy to use, especially with the directions included. Loved the fact that the live tracking showed on my phone which meant we were able to move the timings around to suit.

Money saver but book ahead and be prepared to be busy!
We’ve used Gocity in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and now in Oahu and we always see and do things we wouldn’t likely do without the pass so that in itself is a benefit. We also go hard so that we’re usually exhausted by the end of our vacations! We probably saved about $400 each by using this pass (7day all inclusive) on Oahu and some of our highlights were Kualoa Ranch, Whale watching and catamaran cruises, the Hidden Gems of Oahu with Byoda Temple tour, the Beer Lovers Tour with Paradise Pedals bike tour! The only downside was the Pearl Harbour and Honolulu City tour as our tour driver wasn’t the best and the tour should have allowed way more time to see all the museums and exhibits in Pearl Harbor that the Gocity pass gives you to save a return trip later. Something to improve on please.
