Great value for money
We brought the Go City pass for our family trip to NYC and found it to be amazing value for money. We brought a 5 attraction ticket and did: Top of the Rock, Madam Tussaud’s, Rise NY, Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island ferry and the Big Bus Tour, which we got an extra day given as it was President’s Day! I would highly recommend buying this as a way to enjoy NYC attractions as first timers in the city. The passes were so easy to use, for most things you just walked in and for others you could book in advance. This made it easy for us to schedule our days to ensure we made the most out of every day.

Give yourself time
Got this as a present for our trip to Vegas. Some good things on the pass but everything is further apart than you think and we had a busy schedule. Would purchase again

not recommended
We activated the first time we arrived for a Luau. We were thinking that we had 3 full days or 72 hours to use the pass. It turns out that even though we did not use the pass until evening that it counted as a full day. That is spelled out in the small print but still frustrating. Possibly our fault. My frustration with go city comes because we called them wondering we if we could extend a day or add another day. We were willing to pay for the extra day. They would not even work with us or even try to make things work. I do not know that we really saved much money. Likely will not be doing go city again because they really are unwilling to help out their customers. Customer service stinks. They could have worked with us. We were willing to pay extra. Frankly they lost money in the deal.

Well worth getting one of these.
Very good value. If you recommend a friend they get 10% off and the friend gets a 10% amazon voucher so do this if possible. No issues using ours. Great value!

New York is alive! 😁❤️
The city that never sleeps didn’t disappoint us! Brilliant 🤩 Use the subway for real and see all corners of a great city. Do a Broadway show, see the roof top views and enjoy all the tourists favourites, they live up to their names! Be prepared to walk a lot because the grid system is easy to navigate, best not to drive or take taxis that’s expensive. The Subway at $34 for the week is a bargain and use the air train from the JFK to Jamaca station to join the Subway to central Manhattan, Times Square. Do as the locals do! Enjoy 😊

The Vatican & Rome Pass with Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour
We had a difficult time picking up the pass, the pickup desk at San Giovanni is not marked so you have to just stumble into it. Once we did pick it up, we had a hard time catching the open top bus from there. We spent the money on a cab to get to San Giovanni, and then over two hours trying to get back out before we just chose other transportation. I had booked a set of tickets in the app and when we arrived the location was closed. I purchased the 72 hour pass set and got a grand total of one museum visit, two city bus rides, and about three hop on hop off segments. A low value for the price paid. After watching 2-3 of each other open top bus tour leave the pickup spot without seeing this one, we finally just purchased a different operators ticket. It was even less expensive than the one included with the Omnia pass. I attempted to email and call Omnia to get help and never received an answer. Wouldn’t do this pass again.

Do NOT purchase a Go City card for Madrid
Their website does not adequately explain that certain museums are only available if you do a group tour. You cannot use it if you want to visit the museum on your own. When you try to do a group tour it is sold out. However if you are able to book one there is only four people in the group. So why don't they have larger groups or more tour guides? They also did not indicate that a certain museum was closed during our time in Madrid. The map to that location was inaccurate. So after walking around in circles we finally found the museum only to discover it was closed. When we contacted them asking for a partial refund that only responded to one of our complaints ignoring all of the others. We purchased it because there were seven places we wanted to visit. Due to the inaccuracies on their website we were only able to visit three. And they refused us any satisfaction. I repeat, do not purchase a Go City card for Madrid. Waste of money.

Skip the middle man - go direct to websites or tour operators.
This review is more about GO CITY PASS and VIATOR, not the attractions themselves, which were great. HOWEVER, the passes didn't load through Viator, and barcodes didn't scan and at times it felt like I had been scammed. All the tour operators were helpful and still gave us access but it was frustrating. My suggestion would be to buy direct from the people that provide the pass and not the intermediary company (Viator).
