Great idea
Fast easy and saved$$$ no waiting, just show your phone to scan. Whale watching ship was very i formations and great history and tour of bay. Zoo was amazing, lots and lots of walking, but free bus tour was great for a break.

Einfach und gut
Einfach und unkompliziert , abgesehen von dem Big Bus Unternehmen, da gab es kleine Schwierigkeiten mit den Fahrplönen, auch kann man nicht einsehen wie lange der Bus von einer zur anderen Station braucht, um besser planen zu können, die Fahrer waren sehr nett, alles in allem ist der Pass zu empfehlen. Ich würde jedoch einen anderen Bus wählen,

Pésima atención al cliente
Sufrimos 24 horas de retraso en el vuelo. Cancelamos una actividad que teníamos programada, pero ellos activaron el pase por lo que de los 7 días perdimos un día. Los de la tarjeta, aún enviándoles vuelos con horario de llegada a Nueva York, nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada que contactáramos con la actividad. Así que nada de atención al cliente. Encima de perder un día del viaje perdimos un día de pase.

We had an amazing experience with the Go City Barcelona All-Inclusive Pass! In just three days, we managed to visit 12 incredible attractions, including two guided tours, which made our trip even more enriching. We loved the guided tour of the Sagrada Família, where we learned so much about Gaudí’s masterpiece. Other highlights included Park Güell, Casa Batlló, bus turistic, the Barcelona aquarium and much more. If you want to make the most of your time in Barcelona while keeping things stress-free, this pass is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

Just get some other pass
Horrible! In order to enter to the main sites you need to book a guided tour, otherwise your ticket is not valid. Guess what? You cant book a guided tour because its booked a week or two ahead. If you travel with kids is difficult to ensure you wont cancel. Many sites where closed or under maintance, so our family paid 400€, only to be scammed and use less than 200€ in attractions. I ve been using all inclusive passes for years, never felt so scammed before.

The big bus included was a great perk for sore feet and seeing more of the city

Zuerst wollte der Fahrer die Türen nicht öffnen. Nach heftigem Gestikulieren gewährte uns der Fahrer Eintritt. Mit der Buchunhsbestätigung konnte er aber nichts anfangen. Nach einem Telefonat lies er uns dann doch nach oben. Wir fuhren dann vom Playa de Turtogas zum Playa de Dolphin. Dort verbrachten wir zwei Stunden. Für die Rückfahrt warteten wir 45 Minuten auf den Bus, er kam aber nicht. Zurück gings dann mit dem Öffi Bus. Sehr unzuverlässig. Funktioniert vielleicht wenn man im Zentrum bei der ersten Station einsteigt und die ganze Runde fährt. Mit Hop on Hop Off hat das aber nichts zu tun.
