Don’t buy it!
We bought it for the trip to London, because I saw a lot of advertisement and we thought it could be useful as it seems like a free pass to all attractions. But apparently not! 1. It is not flexible! Some attractions require you reserve a time slot, but it is not very clear to the customer that there is a 15mins amendment window. If you miss it, it is considered as a no show, and you cannot use it on the next day. And they do nothing to help you. The customer service is also not very efficient. It took us 1.5 hrs to communicate with them, and to get a “no”. 2. You need to carefully plan your trip, otherwise, it will not worth it. For our trip at London, many attractions take much longer time than we expected. So it is a quite stretch to visit all included attractions to get it worth it. My recommendation: unless you are very sure you can make it worth it, don’t bother to buy it

nous avons choisi ce pass car il proposait de multiples activités a des prix raisonnables malheureusement il a été difficile de coordonner les activités. Elles se deroulaient souvent en même temps avec un nombre de places très limitées; difficile voire impossible de réserver sur du court terme,c était très stressant. Nous avons engagé des frais supplémentaires (pass à 134 euros tout de même) pour réserver certaines activites (initialement prévues dans le pass) faute de places. grosse déception par rapport à ce pass sur cette destination. la ville est néanmoins magnifique avec une architecture incroyable.

Vale más la pena este pase que entradas individuales, que son bastante caras. Si te planeas bien el día puedes ver 6-8 lugares, lo cual sale muy muy rentable. No cogimos el bus porque no estaba claro dónde paraba.

I purchased an Explorer pass for Hong Kong in order to include Disneyland tickets. The instructions said we could only book tickets the day of our visit starting at 9am. Exactly at 9am, I went to book tickets and the Go City site said tickets were unavailable. I contacted customer service and they said sorry, try again the next day. I explained several times that this was my last day in Hong Kong and yet I was advised again to try again the next day. I ended up having to pay double to buy tickets from the park. So even though the Go City site said there were no tickets available, there were plenty of tickets at the Disneyland gates. We will see how hard it is to get a refund from Go City. Nowhere on their website or app does it say tickets can be unavailable despite paying for it already. In fact, it advertises being able to use one QR code with the Go City app to access all attractions, which clearly isn't the case. I will never be using Go City again in any other vacation after this experience unless there is a clear change in their business model and customer service helpfulness.
