Daytrip from Seattle to Victoria BC on the Victoria Clipper
Thank you for the excellent product you were offering to me for discovering my adventure to visit the Victoria Island in Canada! That's a beautiful experience for me to visit and see the European style on the Island. The staff on the Clipper were very nice, friendly and helpful, I feel very family and close to them while I am taking the boat from Seattle to Victoria BC Island and on the way back. Our day was foggy, and difficult to see very far, but the skipper was in contact with other boat captains in the area about where their whale and seal sightings were, and we were directed to a lovely sleepy humpback that we watched move on the surface, breath every 5 minutes or so, and occasionally move locations showing us his tailfin as he dove. Despite the cloudy day, it was terrific. The food available and drinks from the Galley were really tasty!
Whale watching done right
It is a most relaxing way to spend an afternoon looking for whales and wild life. The boat is spacious, clean and comfortable. The crew is very knowledgeable and shares their experiences. We highly recommend this trip.

Outstanding experience! There’s always a chance the wildlife will not cooperate but we got lucky! Wonderful crew and the onboard naturalist was very knowledgeable.

It was a great trip
The boat and crew were great. Small enough to move around and have great viewings. Food was delicious and the weather was amazing. I wouldn't spend the money again for the premier seats, once you are looking for whales, you are up and moving around.

The day we went it was foggy and wasn't sure if we'd see any whales. However, the fog did begin to burn off and we found a humpback whale doing what they called "logging" she was just floating on the surface and you could see you blow water out of her spout. She also did dive a couple times and showed us her tail. it was so very cool to see that. She drifted very close to boat. They also offered a USB drive with all the pictures the professionals took for $30. There are 150 pictures, I'm looking forward to viewing all of them. Great crew and staff, wonderful trip.
