The website gave us some great ideas and then when we called to book the assistant went above and beyond to accomidate our travel. The trip over was very comfortable and easy. The accomidations in Victoria were outstanding and personalized by the Clipper team. It was our anniversary and everyone who was involved in our trip took notice. We toured Butchart gardens - amazing, our bags were taken to our room and where in our room when we returned from our excursion. Tea at the Empress arranged by Clipper gave us time to relax before the event. The next day we did the wine tour - fantastic guide and wine. We then did the Sip and Savor tour - very personal and comfortable, a must if your a foodie. We ended our vaction with a ebike tour with a great guide and lots of laughs. Clipper vactions is first rate and I highly recommend their services. Great value and superior care.

We didn't see any whales, which of course cannot be controlled. Was offered a voucher to come back within a year, which unfortunately just isn't going to be possible. Would prefer a partial refund or have more than one year to use the voucher. The team and staff were great, but their policy is really disappointing.

Beautiful boat ride. Captain went out of his way to get a whale sighting in and succeeded. Naturalist was very informative about the wildlife we saw

The ride was nice, clean and the crew was accommodating. Beautiful views, long day, only saw a few things. Def recommend
Wish we would have had a chance to see more, but overall nice. Hard to hear on speakers when outside. Crew was knowledgeable. We had a nice time.

très cher pour ne rien voir. la restauration servie pas suffisante pour le nbr de personne à bord. Nz veut absolument pas le prix demandé sur l'ensemble de la prestation. très déçue pour cette fois de votre produit sur Srattle!

Worst tour group i have ever dealt with. Booked whale watching tour, they confirmed immediately only for them to send cancellation the next morning an hour before the tour time when i drove all the way there for them to cancel and not even provide a reason why. Called them several times no response. Terrible terrible! Wouldn’t recommend!

Nice staff
We barely saw a humpback tail, and some sea otters. But not worth the pay , the boat is nice and so is the staff.

DO NOT book through them. They cancelled our booking less than 24 hours before departure saying it was “over booked”, after taking revenue which I have to wait “3-5 business days” to recover. We booked well in advance so there was no reason they should do this to any paying customer, and they provided no professional courtesy beyond an obtuse email that it was cancelled.we had to scramble to find another provider. Go somewhere else.if you want to be confident in your plans!

I’ve always wanted to see orcas and came on this trip right when I moved here! It was so worth it and the staff is super knowledgeable and has guides that are experts on wildlife in the Puget Sound. Here’s a baby breaching- we also saw two grey whales up north and some sea lions!

This review is for our customer service experience more than for the experience itself. We were scheduled to go on a whale watching excursion. When we boarded the boat, Captain Chris explained the usual amount of time an excursion takes, but that due to the water/conditions that day, it was going to be closer to six hours. We had evening travel plans and it would have been cutting it too close. We disembarked and were taken care of by the agent William and his supervisor Fiona and given a full refund. They were kind, efficient, and understanding! We were very impressed by the customer service we received even with backing out last minute and causing them to lose five spots filled on the excursion!
