I like this place, and so did my 4 year old. It was not crazy buys, but there was still lack of shade and spots to sit. I would hate to see what it is like when it is very busy. Great value on an annual pass. But i still prefer wet and wild.

A fun day out. Smaller than Wet 'N' Wild. Not really a problem but once a few rides are down for whatever reason the options are limited.

Can easily say the theme parks and waterparks in Australia are some of the worst in the world, do not come here, we are leaving after 2.5hours, been on one slide, half the bigger slides for adults are shut. Literally awful so sad I wasted my time travelling here on my day off just to stand in the most horrifically long lines

Good but many slides were under maintenance and massive lines for slides

Whoever pays to cut in line, you guys are the most impatient people on damn earth

The place is old and outdated. 4 of the big slides were closed. When we asked when they would be open again, the answer from staff was that they would be closed for the rest of the season. One staff member said they were understaffed. It felt like I was back in the 1980s. Broken slides and tired staff. The food was good and reasonably priced.

An absolute blast. A great experience for all you water lovers out there. Highly recommend this park. The hydroslides ar the best. Just be aware that on the last couple of weeks of Qld schools thete will be heaps of school excursions to the parks, so if possible go before 3rd week of November or after school finishes.

If you enjoy spending most of your day standing in endless lines, then this is the park for you. The wait times were absolutely ridiculous. While safety is important, the excessive delays between rides were unnecessary and frustrating. It felt like no one cared about the time and money we invested in being there. To make things worse, the staff were clearly too young, lacked proper training, and didn’t seem knowledgeable or capable of handling customer concerns. On top of that, they were not friendly or approachable, which only added to the negative experience. The food queues were just as bad—waiting forever just to get something small. For the price you pay, you’d expect better organization and service. The wave pool was another letdown. The waves only last a few minutes, followed by an unreasonably long wait before they start again. It felt more like a hassle than an enjoyable attraction. We came here hoping for a great day out, but left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Unless serious improvements are made in staff training, ride management, and overall organization, I won’t be returning. This was such a letdown for both me and my family.

Went all the way today to find the park closed! First day of school holidays. No reason whatsoever. Guess what was open? Wet n wild that’s what. Well colour me taught not to buy any passes for these lot ever again. A waste of an annual leave. I will be buying my wet n wild passes for next summer thanks!

Love the waterpark. However the wait time for food was terrible. 45min in cue to order, then 45min waiting to collect food. Staff were getting very irate with customers, in the sense of being too close to the counter. I understand this, though I feel, after being served, customers should be advised to head behind the others in the waiting area, not stand in front. More staff would have helped the situation. Can't help with the sickies though, if any. I will be returning, when I can.

Went there today to beat the mad rush of school leavers only to see its closed, heaps of other people were there as well and left with disappointed kids.. Decided to go into dreamworld instead and some rides down for maintenance, no tigers !! Told guest services about the disappointment of white water world being closed and was told I could leave if I wanted to ... we live in QLD and it's summer time and the park is closed ?? And is know you will quote " from this date of December we will be open 7 days a week" stop reading from a script and actually respond properly to PAYING CUSTOMERS
