It's December and 27 degrees, and the park is closed Monday - Thursday. The annual pass is not worth it with the park closed for most of the time (and during winter as well). Very disappointing!

Not a great experience. Very long waits for rides (45 min) which could have been shorter if the on duty staff were more organized and moved faster than snails. We only stayed for 3 hours as in this period of time we just managed 3 rides. Decided to go somewhere we could enjoy our time.

Very disappointed with whitewater world. The wait times were ridiculous. We only got to go on 3 rides as we had to wait approx 45 minutes at each. Could definitely be run more efficiently to cut down on wait times. The kids were extremely frustrated.

Honestly please don’t bother going, too many people and apparently only operating at half capacity today (29/11/24), waited over 30minutes just to get in. I don’t understand why when you pre - purchase your ticket you still have to funnel into the regular one door queue when there are 8 large booths they could be using to speed up the process with your QR code. Came at 10.30 left at 14.00 only managed to get on two of the sides. There are far too many unsupervised, unruly school children who appear to think and do what ever they want/please. Whether that’s queuing up on the sides then going all the way down to the bottom to grab their three mates then pushing all the way back to the front (constantly). To who ever the 6 schools where that were here today your pupils and teachers have truly embarrassed to what you stand for. To the park you seriously need to clamp down on how many school kids per teachers/helpers you are letting it, it’s too much of a a free for all with unruly - unsupervised children. I actually do not know how you are managing to get away with it, with your permanent safety announcements with 11-14 year old to have a person supervising you at all times. This goes again your own safety! The slides on the “fully 6” only 4 were operational, also there was clearly not enough water being pumped down the slides and everyone was getting stuck half way down the other 4 slides. They have scales to weigh you once you reach the top of the bigger slides, so if you have just wasted half your life waiting to get to the top then they’ll turn you around to do a walk of shame back down past everyone else if either yourself or family are over their weight restrictions. The mind boggles to why not have these at the bottom of the slides before you even get on?!?!?! The cherry on top to leave was when they shut the main wave pool, please don’t waste your time or your money on this place it will only lead to bitter disappointment and we’re not even in the summer period yet! Food is highly overpriced for what you got, highly recommended taking your own in to save another home loan just on a family lunch. There are so many things that could be seriously improved on to make this an amazing place, but lots of missed opportunities. Also for a family water park the lack of family changing rooms is unbelievable!

Late entry, no lines moving for first two hours of day, staff moving people through rides as slowly as possible, nowhere near enough staff at the cafe, completely ridiculous waste of money

Amazing variety of rides for all ages! My kids 7 and 5 absolutely loved it! Had an awesome time and will definitely will be back!

Great facilities. Well spaced out. Needs more shelter to store clothes so they stay dry on rainy days.
