Fun day out with plenty of ways to cool down especially in the wave pool! A great spot for families though the queues can get a bit long during school holidays.

Upon entry security questioned my father and demanded to search the trolly we had brought food, DRUGS, alcohol ect. My father was fine showing her however she started demanding to see every bag. The employee gave my father attitude by smirking at him and saying she’s just doing her job. After we were RUDELY and ILLEGALLY searched my father requested a manager only to find a teenager whom claimed to be the manager. The staff member didn’t search anyone else AT ALL. After this my father took a look at the staff members name tag and the staff member disrespected him by shoving the name tag in his face and telling him to spell it correctly. My father didn’t deserve to be treated like that Especially infront of his own kids.
