Although we didn't wait long to get in the gate, we went through the whole process of them getting our details ect to buy our tickets to only be told, there was no cash only card at the register, then had to move along to one with cash to repeat the process again. Our 16yr old son has a disability, who then waited in line for over an hour and a half to only get 1/4 of the way up the 1st ride (the green room) before it was to much for him to wait. We also went to get a drink and the line was short but we waited a ridiculous amount of time with the girl serving having to role up receipts to put into a plastic cup. Not at all in a rush to serve either. With the $700 expense to get in the gate, you would expect to get more then 3 rides in a day. Kids are very disappointed. Unless the rides and the food stalls got moving with more enthusiasm from staff to Care that we are paying customers why would anyone want to go back? Not entirely the staffs fault, what a Greedy organisation!!

The park felt over crowded and spent 5 hours in loooong rows to only ride on 2 slides And got turned around at the 3de Slide because it broke. After that I just felt the best thing to do was walk away the pool at the hotel will give me a better experience. Honestly would not recommend this place to any of my friends.

Spent hours waiting in lines… literally 1.5 hours for 2 rides. In order to have any chance at a good day you are expected to get the express pass which is an ADDITIONAL $120+ pp. Please talk to the staff at the ice cream place. All 3 ladies were sour and surly ( and incompetent) When THEY made a mistake and it was pointed out that the ticket had blown to the ground on their side of the counter, the response was “well I don’t see any tickets here” followed by attitude. She had taken my order not even 30 seconds earlier and I was standing right in front of her. The least they could do is make you feel good about paying for overpriced ice cream/drinks. Consider ANY of the other parks.

Very small water park with a handful of rides, queues bigger than those at airports. Waiting for 1 slide for 1hr 25mins as they just kept processing all customers who had paid for fast track tickets. Life guards very slow to send people down slides which causes a back log also. Food options are big standard. No vegan option, the only veggie option is a vegetable burger.

Limited opening hours be aware if you buy a locals pass. Only open everyday on manic school holidays. Then start of Feb only open weekends. No weekday option for locals while it's still very hot weather. Looked everywhere on their website & very vague just says 'seasonal' so called them. Calendar gives you no information for February onwards. Park is closed completely during winter . ** Thanks Mel for your reply however this information is not easily located on the T&Cs - that I could see after relevant word searches. Can you post a link to this information?

This place has it all! Rides for different adventure levels and abalities! If it's busy be sure to allow time for rides ect. Food can be a bit overpriced but hey thats to be expected 😉 😜. You can take snacks for people with families so to save money you can do that. Don't forget to take sunblock!!!

If you want to spend 95% of your day in ques, come to white water world! It took on average 35+ minute wait time to go on a 15-20 second ride. One rider goes down, then about minute or two AFTER the rider has exited the slide the next one is allowed on. I asked why it was so slow, they said “safety checks, oh but you can upgrade your ticket for express lines” I really wonder if they purposely make it so slow to force your hand to pay the extra $170 per person to use the express ques. My kids went on two slides before giving up. Most of the day was spent in the wave pool which was only operating maybe 20% of the time. The food is awful, stale and cold and EXPENSIVE. We came to wetandwild today and at least there are rides that move quick so the kids keep occupied and enjoy it. I give white water world a 1/5 rating. Wet and wild 4/5

Spent 4 hours there and only went on 2 rides. 1.5 hour waits for each ride. What a waste of time. The express lane makes the whole place barely usable. Express users going on the same ride 4 times while the rest of us wait. What a joke.

Our personal experience was unfortunately terrible. 1.5hr wait per ride. We managed 3 rides in 6 hours. Having people skip the queues because they have more money (and can afford express passes) than us who need to wait, caused a lot of negativity and resentment from everyone waiting. This is just a ploy for WhiteWater world to make even more money, yet its truly unfair to your regular customers. Additionally, I understand the need for safety, but the organization and protocols were truly overboard and caused unnecessary delays between rides. What a waist of my time!

Had suck an amazing time, all rides except one were operational. Some rides had long lines but majority was just a short wait, food and drinks and going to hurt your wallet significantly but the coffee was reasonably priced.

Spent the morning in the wave pool with my 3 year old. Loved it. Only wish that the park opened at the start of summer 🌞

I was first to be at the food outlet. It was just after 10am. I brought a ham and cheese sandwich. It was stale. It was not edible. I believe it would of been left over from the previous working day. Christmas it was closed, so 2 days ago. There were only 2 sandwiches in the window.

What a great day out with the kids. Water, rides, pool, waves and lots of distractions. An amazing way to spend Christmas Eve!
