Overall great park with lots of ride options. Sadly the thing that lets it down is the long wait times because of the extremely poor timely manner people are loaded onto the slides and way too much time in between them going down. Whilst I’m aware there are safety issues but it was beyond ridiculous when you couldn’t go down until the people at the bottom were offloaded! The owners/management team should go to Jamberoo (NSW south coast) and see how fast, efficient and safe they do it. Reading other reviews this seems to be a common complaint so the response about staff trying to move as quickly as possible is FALSE. And yes you can buy fast track tickets but you shouldn’t have to! I feel the long lines is a ploy to try to get more people to purchase these fast track tickets! The cost is high enough. If this was improved it would be an amazing park instead of satisfactory

2 of the advertised slides have never been open in the 2 years we have been coming here

The worst experience for me. Too many people and just few slides. For Kids 5 years old, there is only 1 normal slides, too boring. Don't spend you time and money for this park

Some slides were closed. DO NOT buy food here unless you want to return home broke (it is very expensive) - simply bring your own food. You will get cold here, as it does get windy. There are no hot pools, which would be nice to have. A few great slides! Most of them require a tube/mat, body slides are a bit slower. Great atmosphere, music was being played a bit loud though. Staff seemed friendly enough, Thank You.

Had a fairly underwhelming experience at Whitewater World today. While long queues were expected due to the school summer holidays, the overall value for money was disappointing. With tickets priced at $100 each, it’s hard to justify the cost, especially when there are only three standout rides - quite poor compared to other theme parks in the area. One major issue was the inefficiency of ride operations. For instance, on rides with 6-8 slides designed for simultaneous use, staff were only sending down groups of 2-4 people at a time, creating unnecessary delays during peak season. I’m unlikely to ever return. The hot chips were passable, which is the only reason this is a 2/5 experience instead of 1/5.

Dear WhiteWater World Team, I recently visited your park with my 7-year-old child, and unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations. This was my child's first visit to a water park, and we were excited for the day. However, several organizational issues turned what could have been a fun family outing into a frustrating experience. Inefficient Queue Management: Despite arriving at 11:00 AM, we were only able to enjoy 4 rides the entire day. This was not due to a late arrival but rather because of the poor organization of the ride queues. Operators waited for each guest to complete their entire slide journey before organizing and allowing the next guest to start. This led to a 2-3 minute delay between guests. In most other water parks I’ve visited, operators would allow the next guest to start once the previous rider was halfway down the slide. This significantly reduces waiting times while maintaining safety. Excessive Waiting Times: The waiting time for each slide was approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Standing under the scorching sun for such extended periods made the experience particularly uncomfortable, especially for children. Limited Operating Hours: Slides begin closing at 4:45 PM, giving guests a total of 6 hours and 45 minutes of operating time. Under the current system, it’s virtually impossible to experience more than 4-5 rides during a visit, making the cost of $60 for a family of three seem unreasonable. Express Passes Offer No Real Value: Guests who purchase unlimited express passes are required to wait in the same queue, forming a separate “privileged” line that operates at the same slow pace. This makes the additional cost of the express pass feel like wasted money. Comparison with Other Parks: This was not my first time visiting a water park, but it was my first negative experience. In every other park I’ve visited, waiting times were limited to 20 minutes, and queue management was far more efficient and customer-focused. Suggestions for Improvement: Optimize the queue management system to reduce unnecessary delays. Install shaded areas for guests waiting in line, especially during sunny days. Separate express pass users and ensure their lines operate faster, reflecting the additional cost. Consider extending slide operating hours to give guests more time to enjoy the attractions. I believe WhiteWater World has great potential, but the current experience does not reflect the high standards expected of a popular family destination. I hope you take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future visitors. Thank you for your attention.

Went to Whitehaven World and was very disappointed...would highly recommend Wet and Wild at least when you're waiting in line you've already gotten your tube and are well on your way, went for 3 hours and got to go on 2 rides the entire time. The wait times for lines was beyond absurd, my family was completely dry by the time you got a tube...then you had to wait in line again to actually get on the ride. Will definitely be a memorable holiday...just in all the wrong ways. Might I add that the park was at half capacity at best, you are better off spending your time and money literally anywhere else, who wants to spend $100 for 2 rides.

There are lots of slides and the wave pool is good. I have been a few times this year with an annual pass and there are always a few too many slides not in operation. Understand some may be getting fixed sometimes but seems to be frequently not operating for cost saving too me.

Great rides. Great area for little kids too. Only disappointment was a few of the slides weren’t running.

Not what it used to be. Park was half full, still had line-ups for slides. 4 slides and only 1 person let go at a time have to wait for that person to clear the pool at the end before they started preparing the next person to go they could speed it up by preparing the next person as the first person is on the slide
