This place did not live up to my expectations. There are multiple flaws with this theme park. First of all the signage is extremely confusing and you don’t know what slide you are lining up for. Also the staff don’t seem to know what’s going on most of the time and rides randomly stop operating for multiple minutes without communication. Additionally the wait times for rides were ridiculous and you’re lucky to get on one ride per hour. Part of the reason for this is that the staff wait until the last group is finished before sending down the next people (I’m not sure if this is precautionary following the recent fatal indecent here). It was extremely frustrating when they were sending down 1-2 people each time on a 4 person ride - this just inflates the wait time. The wave pool is a scam, I didn’t see them operate in the 2.5 hours I was there. Certainly would suggest avoiding this theme park and consider wet n wild instead.

Kids and I had lots of fun. Although there isn't that many rides, and some were closed.

Visited with family the day after Dreamworld, left 1.5 hrs early to avoid the debacle we experienced the day before. Very quiet even during school holidays, heaps of places to sit both in shade and sun, in various locations. Queues were longer for the coaster, though almost non existent for some which was great; overall probably 15 minutes. Son was injured on one ride and was provided excellent support. Would've been nice to have a spa type area though didn't negatively affect our overall experience. As a direct comparison we were at wet n wild several years ago and had better time, probably due to being able to experience more with shorter lines. I have a significant issue though with needing to depart so early before closing time to avoid the farcical car park problem that WhiteWater World shares with Dreamworld, something that their competitor just doesn't have to anywhere near the same extent. Although I have received a response from Dreamworld suggesting I submit a complaint to qld government regarding infrastructure, there are actions within the parks control they could review that I feel could go a long way to mitigating this issue. Overall definitely recommend, however would leave 1.5 hours early.

Wait time for rides was too long, food from "Bite me" Cafe was very ordinar and their staff were not friendly.

We went there after 2 p.m. at the end of the season during the school holidays (in mid-April). There was no waiting time, and we were able to try most of the slides. We had a great time even though the weather wasn’t good.

I am sad to say I was very disappointed today. Each ride took about 30 mins to wait and some of the rides had lanes closed which made me wonder if management made the decision to close some lanes to ensure long wait times. I was also disappointed in the wave pool which only had waves every 15 mins which meant people were waiting and wondering when the waves would start again. I really do think that waiting 15 mins for the wave pool is unreasonable when people pay so much to get in. Finally the foot long hot dogs were stale (bread) and expensive.
