On 24 January we unfortunately had a major mixup with our tickets with NRMA website however the manager on duty was immediately able to sort it out and give us access to the park and gave my daughter VIP treatment, the entire visit and kindness of the team and staff was wonderful! The wait times on some rides are long and the wave pool takes a while to repeat the waves when there are lots of people but great fun for smaller kids.
