You can be the only person in the park, and it will still take you 30 min of line up per ride! So inefficient, between the height and weight check, people not allowed on ride after hours of waiting, break downs, it is no longer practical park for visitors. ONLY visit if you got free access as a part of the package and you see less than 20 cars in the car park at front, otherwise it will be a day of long wait, full disappointed on old outdated rides.

The food is terrible, just paid $44 for 2 hotdogs and chips - the hotdog buns were stale and just fell apart when we picked them up. Please up your game with the food and offer more variety.

We went on a week day during school term, lines were short and the rides were great. Some rides were shut for maintenance

Hosted a fun and energetic teen boy party. Kids slept all the way home, exhausted by the fun. Although they didn't instantly refund us when the park was closed due to rain (despite there being no warning about this when I called, emailed and then booked and paid for the tickets online). Snarky receptionist who gave me attitude on the phone while enquiring about refunds/ cancellation.

We hosted a birthday party at WhiteWater World, hired a cabana for the day, highly recommended. Makes the day so easy and comfortable!

Great Water Park!

We enjoyed whitewater world, we had passes so were straight in. Splash play area was great! Ride queues weren't too long and had good sun shade. Wave pool is on the smaller side and waves not as frequent as you'd hope being a WAVE pool, but was impressed by the number of lifeguards and their active watching of this area. Miss 12, if had to choose would pick wet n wild, but still really enjoyed her day and would happily return! All day lockers and own prepared food allowed in is great.

I prefer Dreamworld better. That, and last time I went, I went down a slide wrong and got water shot up my nose. Not anything on the park itself (see the rating not effected), just thought I'd warn people not to go down these slides wrong - The pressure there hits you hard.

Visited in the new year. Few lines staff were organised and efficient. Doors opened on time, actually a bit early. Easy cabana instructions. Immediate help when husband broke the safe... staff were always cleaning and collecting rubbish. Pools were clean and lifeguards were impressively vigilant. Surpassed our expectations. Teenagers loved it. We cant wait to return.

Great value when you have the yearly pass. Now that my youngest is 100cm, she can go on a few more rides which has made it more appealing. I do feel they need a few more rides from the kids between 110-120cm!
