My family of 4 loved the tour with John! Even my hard to please teenagers had a lot of fun! It was a great way to see the highlights of the city. John was an excellent guide! He was knowledgeable, fun, and enthusiastic! Highly recommend this tour!

I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting or looking to rent a bike in the area. Best shop in town bar none. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Jay! Top notch guy who had great answers for every question I had and made my visit excellent. Highly recommended.

Hadn’t been back to San Francisco in ages and wanted to show some of its best bits to my partner. Renting electric bikes was a great way to see the city and the highlight of our long weekend in San Francisco— and Dandyhorse made it so easy! We are so disappointed, we booked and called the day before and checked again 4 hours before we drive 7 hours to dandyhorse rental bike, no email about cancelation what so ever, when we got over there on time , the lady that works there just said they ran out of the electric bikes ( mechanical problems) , and will give us a full refund. What kind of service are they doing.... just thrown us out and we had to figure it out on our on..

GREAT customer service, friendly & efficient at a busy rental moment of day. The bikes were outstanding. Powerful & easy shift compared to my Luna cycle at home. Location perfect proximity for GG park & the sunset, GG bridge & the height. Super joint. I’ll b back.

Frankie was super helpful. We just walked in without being sure what we wanted and she got us setup very quickly with two really nice e-bikes and gave us some recs to visit around town. Bikes were sturdy, comfortable and in good condition.

Dandyhorse was great! Their bikes were a better value than other nearby competitors and Frankie was a ton of help getting us up and running. What a great day riding around Golden Gate Park on e-bikes. It was our first time on e-bikes and our first time in the park. Frankie was such a great resource on how to get started and places to visit! We will be back:)

10/10 recommend. Bikes did well with the hills, all the equipment was included and nice. They provide suggested routes and apps to make it easy at no charge. Frankie was great to work with and very helpful
