GREAT way to see sites and experience San Francisco! We had a great tour with Eli! He guided us safely through so many parts of the city and then shared info about the rest. Although I’m scared to death of bridges, he continually provided guidance keeping us aware of pedestrians and other bikers. Eli made sure we got to see the best views of the bridge, parks, and cityscapes. He shared so much information and history about the city that the entire excursion was both exciting and interesting! Can’t recommend enough. Thanks Eli!

Very friendly staff. Our group of 4; two adults and two teens rented bikes for our own ride around Golden Gate Park. Frankie was super helpful and very friendly. I would definitely return for a bike rental or tour.

Such an awesome bike rental experience! Everything from start to finish was seamless. Jay was super kind, gave us a quick orientation, and shared some local route gems we wouldn’t have found on our own. The bikes were top-notch — super smooth and reliable. We rode along to golden gate and it was the highlight of my trip! Highly recommend if you want an easy, fun, and memorable way to explore the area.

Great experience with Jay! Very approachable, patient with bike usage tutorial, informative about the city and how to get around by public transport as well. E-bikes were all in good conditions, came with necessary gears (helmet, phone holder, basket, lock etc).

10/10 would recommend to a friend. Frankie gave us lots of recommendations and they were very flexible with the pickup time. Super comfortable bike seats on the e bikes and impressive battery life. We originally planned to take the ferry back from Sausalito but the bikes were so easy and the view was so great, we decided to bike the entire way back instead.

Frankie will give you great orientation, make sure you are ready to roll, and meet you with a smile when you return. Great way to explore Golden gate park, see the city sights and make your own agenda!

We had such an amazing experience with this bike rental service! The whole process was unbelievably fast and easy, we were on our bikes and riding in no time, even with our 10-month-old baby girl along for the adventure. The bikes were super fun, comfortable, and so easy to use, which made exploring a total joy for the whole family. A huge shoutout to Frankie, you are truly the best! Your helpfulness, kindness, and incredible energy made our day. Honestly, you should run for president. We’re obsessed with your overalls and your amazing spirit! Frankie is AMAZING! I researched all e-Bike companies for an outing with my twin sis and Dandyhorse is the best by far! Frankie made sure our bikes were set to our proper height, and gave us recommendations for GPS routes. Highly recommend Dandyhorse but specifically Frankie!!

I came to San Francisco to rent a bike, but it wasn't available at the time. Nick, the owner, showed his leadership skills. Nick not only apologized but was able to accommodate our needs. Eli was amazing! The tour was incredible! He talked about the history of how various neighborhoods developed and how they changed after the 1906 San Francisco fire.

The e-bike tour is an absolute must. No better way to see the city than being street level with a great tour guide. Extremely little physical effort is required to get around. Thank you. Eli!
