Definitely recommend Dandyhorse for your ebike rental. My family of four had an awesome self guided day through San Fran. The e-bikes were excellent and opened up some hillier routes we would never do with conventional bikes. Nick did an awesome job mapping us out an ideal route for the day (GG park, beach, point, bridge, lunch spot) and had great restaurant recommendations for lunch (Mamahuhu💥). What a city!

We had a great time on the bike tour. We actually had to reschedule twice, both times due to bad weather, but Nick was very flexible and accommodating. The tour itself was very informative and hit the classic highlights of San Francisco: Baker Beach, Golden Gate Bridge, Painted Ladies, and Haight-Ashbury. Nick did our tour and he was enthusiastic and informative. The bikes were great. Easy to ride, and the electric boost made hills a breeze. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing day on the e-bikes we rented from Nick. He set us up with a route that took us through Golden Gate Park and the Presidio and onto the Golden Gate Bridge. Loved every minute.

This was such a fun a way to see the city! The staff at Dandyhorse are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The e-bikes are in great condition and come with a helmet and a lock. We did a half day and were able to make multiple stops in Golden Gate Park on our way to the Golden Gate Bridge.

Amazing bike rental—quick and easy! Great bikes in excellent condition, including helmets. We had so much fun riding through GG Park to the Pacific Ocean. Helpful and supportive service with recommendations for food and activities around the city.

Dandyhorse bikes were AWESOME! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Walked in with no reservation at almost 3 and staff was super helpful getting us on the road. Spent a couple hours riding through Golden Gate Park making multiple stops along the way. Made it to the beach and back. They also recommended a cool pinball arcade around the corner when we were done. Lots of fun and will definitely be back.

Had one of the best days in SF. Somewhat local to the area (San Jose), been to the city plenty of times, and I learned new things! The tour was wonderful with John as our guide. From the start, he was helpful, kind, considerate, and encouraging (I had some anxiety as I hadn’t been on a bike in about a decade and certainly never have been on an E-bike). The tour route was great - taking you through a few of the staples that defines San Francisco. I have no doubt that John loves what he does as it shows through his knowledge and humor he shares throughout the ride. The donut treat toward the end was clutch! Oh, and if you’ve never done the hills of San Francisco on an e-bike … let’s just say I’ll be very hesitant on doing it on a “normal” bike.

Wonderful. John was the best tour guide. Very funny, very knowledgeable, very patient. You could tell he really loved and cared about the city and its story, which made the ride so much fun. The bikes were awesome, the route was perfect. Would absolutely do it again.
