I was able to meet the owner and they were very helpful to get us started around the city. They offer the important accessories for their bikes like locks, helmets and a front light. They take care of the small stuff so you get started. The bikes are sturdy and reliable and I was able to get around without dipping below 50% battery in this hilly city. After we got back, Frankie recommended great businesses around the area worth checking out. Thank you for the great experience for a great price too!

Our guide, John, was awesome!. He was very knowledgeable about the history and important landmarks throughout the city. Using a speaker system, we enjoyed a constant commentary about what we were seeing and easy to follow instructions to keep us safe on the busy streets. He was very engaging and personable. It was a great way to see San Francisco. We are in our 70s and the ride was very doable with the electric push for managing the hills. We highly recommend this tour to anyone!

Great experience using Dandyhorse for our e-bike rental! Three of us did a 4 hour rental and were able to do a full loop down to Ocean Beach and all the way around to Presidio. Frankie was super helpful getting us up and running efficiently and the recommendations were awesome. Definitely recommend using this company!

Had a great day on e-bikes we rented from Dandyhorse today! Jay Byrd was so friendly and helpful. At one point, he had about five groups wanting bikes and he managed everyone with ease and kindness. He was great to chat with and super helpful. And laughed along with us when we were being obnoxious and sarcastic. (Or maybe he was laughing at us?? Ha.)

We rented bikes today for half day. We cycled around on our own and loved our time spent in Golden Gate Park and beach area. Our rental bikes were in excellent condition and best part of service was the fellow who was working today, Jay. We were late returning bikes (closing time) and he was so kind and understanding. Thank you, will be back on next visit to SF!

We had a group of three rent ebikes here. We were well informed of the expectations and operations. We utilized the recommended map app and it was so helpful. Our bikes worked so well and easy to use. It was one of our better ebike rental expenses.

We did the bike tour with Eli and it was absolutely a 10/10 experience. Eli had an immense knowledge base of San Francisco and its vast history. He really made the tour enjoyable and even helped get some nice pics for us. Just don’t forget your gloves like me or your hands will freeze lol Thank you guys!!

I took my two elderly, active parents on an e-bike guided tour in December. Layers and gloves are a must, and we were adequately warned and prepared for this bike ride in the winter. They had helmets, bungee cords, and a basket for carrying a small bag on the bikes. It was a great way to see many iconic sights in the city. We really enjoyed it, and my parents had a great time! Eli, our guide, was wonderful. Super knowledgeable and an all-around great guy. It was interesting to hear about the history of immigration in San Francisco, and Eli did a great job explaining it to my parents.

Unfortunately, my last-minute guided tour was canceled, so I rented one of their awesome e-bikes and set off on my own. There are several pre-planned routes you can ride. The bikes are really cool and have tons of power; you can easily conquer San Francisco's hills with them. A huge thank you to Jay, who explained everything very well and gave me tons of personal recommendations for San Francisco and the rest of my California trip after I returned the bike—simply fantastic, thank you so much! (Original) 10 Sterne! Leute, wenn ihr einen tollen und entspannten Tag in SF haben wollt, bucht euch ein Bike bei Dandyhorse! Toller Laden, coole Leute und gute Bikes. Leider fiel meine kurzfristig gebuchte, geführte Tour aus, ich habe mir dann eines der tollen E-Bikes gemietet und bin auf eigene Faust losgeradelt, es gibt mehrere vorgeplante Routen die man abfahren kann. Die Bikes sind echt cool und haben jede Menge Power, die Hügel von SF schafft man damit mühelos. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Jay, der alles sehr gut erklärt und mir nach Rückgabe des Bikes noch jede Menge persönliche Empfehlungen für SF und meine weitere Kalifornienreise mitgegeben hat - einfach großartig, vielen Dank!

Eli was a fantastic tour guide. Despite his seemingly never ending wealth of knowledge of the city, he kept the tour conversational and comfortable for all of us. On top of that, he gave great directions for my whole group to make sure that we were safe the entire time. Awesome introduction to the city!
