This is THE place to rent bikes in San Francisco! Frankie was beyond nice and gave us such good information and support for our bike adventure in golden gate park and even gave us some local visit suggestions afterwards. We will definitely be coming her every time we visit SF.

Frankie totally hooked my wife and me up with an e-bike and a regular hybrid....in and out within 20 min, safety brief, helmets and locks, and a recs for places to tour/eat. We spent the day riding on Angel island after a ferry ride. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and super efficient. Thanks Dandyhorse! We'll be back!

Amazing service and great place to start a ride through the park and across the bridge. Was my launching point for a trip across Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito. Frankie was amazing and even gave me some fun history facts about the area of SF where I was staying. Bikes are in fine shape. Highly recommend.

Dandy horse is such a great local business. Got such great local advice from Frankie! Went to the old school soda bar and had the best affogato and rootbeer. The bike tours are so great and learned so many cool facts that were actually interesting and not just basic facts about sf. Such a unique experience I would 10/10 recommend to both sf natives and anyone visiting!

I had an amazing time on my bike tour! Eli was a great guide and made it such a fun and memorable experience! Highly recommended for a group or if you were a solo traveler like me! Also Eli has THE BEST recommendations and tips on SF, so I recommend doing this at the beginning of your trip.

Frankie at Dandyhorse was awesome getting us set up on bike rentals - we borrowed one tour bike and one e-bike for a day of riding - took the ferry to Angel Island! The bikes were in great shape, the battery was full and only moved down one bar after an entire day of riding! Frankie had recommendations for routes pre-ride and happy hour post-ride! We will be back big thanks

Second time I’ve rented an e-bike in San Francisco, first time from Dandyhorse. The bikes here are sooo much better than the one I rented near Fisherman’s Wharf last time. In particular, the battery clearly had a lot more capacity so I could ride a hella long time as opposed to the remaining-power-paranoia I had last time. Special shout to Frankie — aside from showing me how to operate the bike, she provided tips, hints, suggestions & recommendations that only a long-time San Franciscan could. Thanks Dandyhorse & Frankie — highly recommend!
