Nick was so knowledgeable and fun! He made the whole bike ride so so memorable. He knows a lot of good places in SF whether that’s food or recreational. I felt safe and could enjoy the bike ride with Nick’s leadership. A 10/10 experience and worth the costs. Good job Nick!

I rented 2 e-bikes with my son from Mike, and the whole process couldn’t have been smoother. The service was fast, friendly, and welcoming. Frankie did an awesome job setting us up for a fun ride! She went above and beyond with helpful tips on where the best routes to go with the amount of time we had. It was foggy and cool weather. Had a lot of fun. Eli was our guide for the tour and he showed us some great locations and history behind so much of San Francisco. The bikes made it so easy to climb the hills, though we did get passed by someone on a non motorized bike (impressive). Thanks for a great morning.

What an amazing experience we had. Jay was super kind and explained us every thing about the bikes before we left. We even got special maps for an easy ride across the golden Gate bridge through super nice parts of town. We arrived late for pick up and Jay was super kind to stay late for us! Dandyhorse is a fantastic option in the sea of options for bikes in San Fran. Jay, who helped me both on the phone and in person couldn’t be nicer, more welcoming, more willing to assist and accommodate. He is so knowledgeable about the city and happy to offer recommendations and great places to visit in SF outside the bike tours. Jay offer an array of options for me who is a newbie to this city. Would definitely recommend. The bikes were easy to use and navigate with and the fact that they offered both a self guided ride with a map already planned into your phone plus a phone holder on the bike made it so simple! Warning, your booty might get sore but worth it for the views. Thank you, Jay for everything and for the hospitality.

Booking through Dandyhorse SF was a really fun tour experience to see more parts of San Francisco than we would have seen on our own! The e-bikes make the hills around the area much easier to navigate. And the bakery stop at the end of the tour is a delight after hours riding around. The e-bikes are very heavy, strudy, and safe though if you aren't used to biking -- you may have a sore bum after a few hours.

Best way to see the city! We did a private tour (2 adults and two kids (14 and 10) led by Nick 2 (IYKYK) two weekends ago. We had wanted to do some tourist-y things with the kids and this seemed to check a lot of boxes in a fun way. The tour exceeded my expectations 10 fold. Nick led us through so many cool neighborhoods, explaining how they came to be, architecture, spoke about the fire that destroyed most of the city, and had so many cool, unique insights about different things as we rode by. Seeing GG Park and the Presidio on two wheels was.. amazing. We rode on the GG Bridge - cool experience but all the views and photo-ops from before and after that part were even better. It crossed our mind originally to just rent bikes and venture on our own…we would have missed all of the stories, wouldn’t have nearly seen as much, and would have never thought to grab Donuts at Bobs. The team at Dandyhorse is amazing. Nick 1 was super responsive on emails, tried his best to accommodate some issues we had the morning of our ride, and Nick 2 led us on an amazing experience from there. We are already talking about getting back up to the city to see more areas of the Park, Presidio, etc… esp now that we have perspective and know more about “the places to go” than we did before, despite living in the Bay for 10 years over 10 years ago. Highly recommend. You will not regret it.
