Excellent tour of Sistine Chapel, St Peter Basilica and museums. Our tour guide Amy was. Very knowledgeable, friendly and great fun. Meeting point opposite museum entrance, at bottom of steps well positioned

Vatican Museum Tour
Our tour guide was funny and I learned a lot of facts I never knew. St Peter’s was absolutely stunning as well as the Sistine Chapel.

Informative
Serena was a great guide would recommend this trip. The glass gallery was expensive but beautiful to walk through, there are shops on the island with fair prices.

Lovely sights but tour not worth the money
Lots of lovely things to see, and some interesting facts provided. But the first 40-50 mins was mainly standing around and the kids got totally bored which then made it hard for them to get interested again for the remaining 2 hours of the tour. We booked the semi private tour but there was over 10 people in the group and given it was close to £300 for 1 adult and 2 kids, it was not good value for money. The €14 for us 3 on a 90 min guided tour of the villa medici was much better value and the kids were more engaged at that site. The museum and chapel itself is soooo busy. I feel the tour is more suited to adults. My 8 year old did not enjoy the experience and my 10 year old enjoyed some features but could not engage for the whole tour.

Avoid Tiqets, Headout & Crown Tours when booking Venice tours. Use your Concierge.
We pre-booked a 'Skip the Line', guided tour of St Marks Basilica & The Doge Palace. We used a website from "Tiqets" but recommend that you avoid it. Our booking was sub-contracted to a company called "Headout" and they in turn sub-contracted it to "Crown Tours" . We recommend avoiding all these organisations. We travelled from London on March 4th. Our guided tour was cancelled via WhatsApp message the day before! Tiqets and Headout will not refund in full. Our advice - don't book via these websites . . . ask the Concierge at your hotel to arrange any tours. They will choose a reliable, honourable company for you.

Expert guided tour of small but important museum
Fomer residence/palace of powerful Borghese business and papal family with extensive art collection, both building and art aquired by the Italian government after institution of property taxes in the early 1900's. Now a museum, full of amazing Bernini marble sculptures and Carravagios not able to be seen elsewhere. Our guide was very knowledgable and enabled us to better understand the nuances of the family and art. Short tour of the extensive public gardens following.

Terrible operations management
The bus never showed, so the trip was cancelled after waiting around for an hour. Absolutely do not recommend relying on this company for a day trip.

Great 2 hour tour!
Iola was a knowledgeable and entertaining guide. We all really enjoyed the tour and her stories about St Mark’s and the Doge Palace. We’d recommend this tour.

I’m forgetting his name but he was excellent and very insightful about the history. I have picture of him. The name of the tour guide I can’t remember but the business was called city wonders.

We had a great experience touring Murano and Burano islands with our Venetian guide Serena. The restaurant and gelato shop we ate at in Burano were top notch.

Very crowded, though good, Idk
The trip was miraculous though it might get very crowded, some places had lines up to a few meters! So that's a minus. But hey, it's still amazing with a fascinating history

Elizabetta is amazing! She made sure we knew what to expect while also letting us make some decisions on the tour! She was willing to go the extra mile with everything we did! My daughter and I just had the best time!

Loved the history and the guided tour. Especially the audio earpiece. Very helpful to hear our guide st all times in a larger group in a crowded area. George was an excellent guide.

Really good tour
This was a really good tour with lots of information about the Vatican, museum, and St. Peter's Basilica. Our guide, Sabina, was great. She gave an overview of the Sistine chapel before we went in so we knew what the highlights & best details to look for. We didn't feel rushed or too crowded with other groups following the same route. The meeting point was easy to find and very organized.

Amazing
Our guide was fabulous . Would not have known about half of it without Tinu. It was the little gems she pointed out between masterpieces such as showing us a painting and explainkn̈g and then show us a 2nd painting by same artist that looked so very different. She also pointed out how to recognise louvre staff- orange lanyard - so when we got lost (which we did 4 times after tour ended) who helped us on our way

Great way to navigate the massive Louvre
Florence was an excellent guide since she showed us many of the highlights. I recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Louvre. It is massive and difficult to navigate. She shared great insight on the woks of art
