Alexxandra was fantastic! She’s super fun and outgoing! She gave us lots of interesting info about Murano and Burano but also about the history of Venice! We’ve been several times but always learn something new! The murano glass demo was AMAZING! Boat was beautiful! Burano was charming!! Alex gave us great restaurant recommendations in burano! Our 20-something kids loved it too!

跟著他們貼上去google map走，根本到不了指定地址，還不退費，讓我花費了兩段計程車費，還找不到人Expedia的客訴人員直接說不能cancel. 我是透過第三公正平台跟當地旅行社訂行程，這樣的事情，平台應該要覆核，確定消費者權益有無受損，而非回應供應商拒絕受理而已，這非常令人覺得失望，尤其是我這樣熱愛Expedia的會員

Il Parc Guëll bello,ma non eccezionale come mi aspettavo e la guida troppo veloce. Sagrada Familia stupenda e suggestiva, la guida Julia bravissima e competente. il tour complessivamente è stato molto interessante, ma il prezzo è eccessivo, anche se poi ne vale la pena

The tour was good. We liked our guide but the audio quality on the headsets in the basilica was poor. Also we really wanted to go to the necropolis and this tour long description mentioned crypts and papal tombs but in actual fact it was just the papal tombs. Overall it was good but the audio made it hard to hear the good information our guide was trying to give us.
