Unforgettable Day Trip to Plitvice Lakes!
I highly recommend this one-day tour from Trogir to Plitvice Lakes! Our guide, Fran, was absolutely excellent. It is clear that he truly loves what he does and deeply cares about nature. He showed us many interesting things along the way. I also met some really interesting people in our group, which made the atmosphere even better. The trail itself was not too difficult and is perfectly suitable for every age group and fitness level. The tour included a lovely boat ride and a train ride, offering beautiful, unforgettable views of the pristine waters and lakes. A fantastic experience from start to finish!
A beautiful and worthwhile to place to spend a day.
The guide was informative and it would appear that he enjoys what he is doing . The hike was more than moderate not because of the distance but because for 4.5 km it was nearly all up and down steps. There were a few seniors who struggled to keep up. I myself would have enjoyed less distance at a slower pace to enjoy the sacredness of the park. I would much rather been given a well written map to explore on my own.

Not to be missed
The ride to the national park was long but nice to see the country side. Mia our guide filled the time with information: history, geography and local facts. The park itself has to be seen to be believed. We were lucky to have blue sky so our photos are great! The hike was enjoyable for a 69 and 72 year old couple. Wear good shoes.
