A great way to combine...
A great way to combine seeing Plitvice Lakes National Park transfering from Zagreb to Split, or the reverse. Transport was comfortable and efficient. But the park, lakes and trails were spectacular. Our guides, Sanja and Mia, were knowledgeable, helpful and personable. We spent about 4 hours at the park. Easily could spend much more time there, but time was used efficiently to see the highlights considering the task of getting from Zagreb to Split. We saw most of the lakes and waterfalls. The pace in the park was moderate, not too rushed but with so much to see we could not stay too long anyone one place. There was free time at the end for those that wanted to go down to see the Great waterfall up close, not just from the lookout point above (itself an amazing view). Not too bad of a hike down and back up, but need to keep the stops to take in the views reasonable to get back in time. A+ for getting the important stuff. But also believe it would be worth staying someplace local to spend more time at the park.

We had a great experience on our tour with Sanja and Mia, they were very bubbly, funny happy tour guides. They were very informative and we learnt a lot along our tour. It was a fantastic way to see the Lakes and get a transfer to our next city Split. We would recommend this tour to any friends or family who travel nearby!
Plitvice Lakes tour
The park is beautiful. Our guides, Mia and Sanja, were professional, informative and delightful. They were supportive of those who found the hike challenging, they were very upbeat and positive, they kept track of large group, and they helped make the experience very fun. On the bus ride to Split, Mia offered suggestions for activities as well as a list of recommended restaurants. From Zagreb to the park and then the park to Split, there is a fair amount of time on a bus. As long as you know that going in, I highly recommend the tour (and Mia and Sanja).
Great day seeing Plitvice Lakes on the way to Split!
This was the perfect tour for us. We really wanted to see Plitvice Lakes and we needed to get to Split from Zagreb. The lakes were beautiful. Our guides Mia and Saja were very knowledgeable and helpful. We highly recommend…it was a wonderful day well spent!
