We loved the Verde float!! It’s a beautiful, fun section of river. It’s a short drive from Sedona, and a beautifully different area to experience. The river has very small rapids - nothing to be concerned with, just fun passages! Highly recommend!

We had a great time on the Water to Wine Tubing Tour with Verde Adventure! The tubing portion was a fun, laid-back float down the river, with a few surprise spots where you pick up speed almost like going through mini rapids. It added just the right amount of excitement to an otherwise relaxing ride. The entire trip down the river took about 3 hours. After tubing, the staff let us know about the outdoor showers and restrooms located roughly 100 yards away. That’s where things got a little strange. While we were rinsing off, a drone appeared and hovered nearby, clearly watching the shower area. It gave us all a very creepy feeling. We don't believe the tour company was responsible, and we did report it to the winery, who assured us they were looking into it. Despite that odd experience, we ended the day on a high note. We changed clothes and headed to the winery, where we enjoyed a delicious lunch and some fantastic local wine. The pizza was incredible, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the wine tasting. We had a veggie pizza, pepperoni pizza, and chicken pizza. Overall, we would recommend this trip. It's a unique combination of river adventure and wine country charm. Just a heads-up about the drone situation—it may have been a one-off, but we appreciated that the winery staff took our concerns seriously.

Very beautiful float down the Verde. Love that they only take small groups at a time. River had a couple of more challenging moving spots but was mostly calm floating.

Matthew was an incredible guide for our group of 13 last week. He was attentive, communicated well, and anticipated our needs. When people got stuck on rocks or needed help he was there quickly, and was clearly competent at managing a group of novice kayakers, ensuring that we all had a great time. Would definitely paddle with Matthew and Verde Adventures again!

It was a really fun day. What is nice about the trip is you do not have a time limit. So pack drinks and food you can stop along the way and eat lunch and relax. Over all good trip. A little spendy for what it is. The guys were great and explain everything you need to know.

My wife and I did the Camp Verde River Kayaking and our guide Scotty did an AMAZING job showing us the ropes. Would highly recommend if you want a relaxing but fun Kayaking experience. We will definitely be doing it again.

The best experience. We went with our toddler and 8 year old daughter, both had a great time. The guide Ben was amazing and made our experience really fun. We will definitely be back!

We did not even follow through with this excursion because it was extremely misleading once we arrived. It is not a river that you flow through but a dirty creek that you have to paddle your entire way through, which is why it takes 2 1/half to 3 1/2 hours to complete. The tube that is advertised as a cooler For refrigerated goods and snacks is just an additional tube that you lay your items on and can very easily be submerged in the water. Me and my boyfriend didn’t wanna waste our day with this excursion so we had unfortunately left immediately. The person who drove us to the location, knew we were extremely unsatisfied and upset, and did not offer some sort of consolation or a partial refund of any kind to apologize for this misleading excursion.

Great experience! Very chill float- our group was very encouraged to move at our own pace, and we definitely made the most of it. The river is also quite scenic along the route.

This adventure is a MUST DO! My girlfriends and I wanted to go out on a little nature excursion and this was absolutely perfect. It’s so fun and relaxing going down the river because you can paddle if you want or you can just slowly float down. The wine and the food at the vineyard was so delightful and the ambience of sitting outside with live music playing made for an absolutely perfect Sunday afternoon. I can’t wait to go back and do this again - it is definitely worth it!! Every single person that worked there from the kayaks up to the vineyard were so friendly and kind. Special shout out to our girl Sara for taking adorable pictures along the way! Thanks everyone - can’t wait to come back!
