The water to wine experience was completely worth it. Had a great guide named Matthew that took care of the group offered jokes and knowledge on the vineyard. The river was perfect despite being February and was very relaxing and fun. Will definitely come back for more wine tasting in the future.

We went on a Tuesday at 1:00 pm. Very beautiful stretch of water with some rapids to add excitement. Very peaceful and filled with sounds of wildlife; saw a blue heron take off from the water. Would definitely recommend for people who have some experience kayaking.

Matthew was great! We were bussed to the drop off point and n the way were given an informative guided tour by Matthew. The kayak trip was all I hoped for and more! Lots of rapids and scenery. Nothing the average person can't handle. GREAT wine, music, and food after.

Mathew was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and really made the experience special. The river tour exceeded all our expectations! As soon as we finished, I couldn't wait to text my friends and family, telling them they have to do this tour. I’ll definitely be back soon. We visited for my birthday in January, and the weather was perfect with the river flowing just right. It was the best birthday gift I could have asked for! Highly recommend this experience!

Matt at Verde River Adventures was smart, funny, well informed and made us feel welcome and well prepared for what to expect with the kayaks provided to us and with what to expect with the path we took and the flow of the River. All his helpful info set us up for a fun, relaxing day.

This excursion was the highlight of my trip! Mathew drove us out to the kayak starting point. He told us all kinds of interesting historical and geological facts along the way. Matthew’s kayaking instructions were excellent and my husband and I were off. If you are looking for PURE relaxation and INSANE beauty this is the trip for you. I felt like we were the only two people in the world for two hours. The weather was gorgeous and the trip down the river was LITERALLY PERFECT!!! At the end of the excursion Matthew the stud pulls you up on shore. He takes care of everything and you head to an amazing winery with $20 vouchers. I give this trip an A+++ and will definitely be back for a return trip!!!

We had a terrific time on the Pedal & Paddle Wine Tour and our guide, Scot, was excellent! He provided so much information and was very patient with instructions for the bikes and kayaks. We went on a weekday and had the whole place to ourselves. I highly recommend this tour!
