We loved the Kayak tour—it was beautiful! We went by ourselves bk hard to get lost. The explanation of everything was spot on and the inflatable kayaks were great (really hard to tip those over which is a good thing!) We also, did the E bike tour which was so fun and informative and got to get into part of the winery and get some amazing education. Highly recommend! Ben was amazing!

This was a great tour! Ben is super informative on the route and it was a lot of fun! There are some fast parts of the river but mostly it’s calm and you can just float. Definitely recommend if you are in Sedona area

Kayaking was a blast! We were a lucky group; me and my sister had the whole river to ourselves. Ben was an incredible guide telling us about the wildlife in the area and bringing lots of entertainment. Definitely planning to come back to verde adventures next trip :)

We just completed an adventure with Verde Adventure River Trips and it is definitely a highlight of our visit to Sedona. Our hour’s long trip down the Verde River was just that, an adventure. Even though the rapids turned out to be more than expected, the attention needed to navigate them enhanced the overall experience. John, who greeted us, drove us to the start, and assisted us at the end, could not have been more personable and informative. We are a family of 6 adults and two children between 3 and 6 and it was enjoyable for everyone. To top it off, our excursion ended at lunchtime which we enjoyed at the neighboring winery, Alcantara. Their wine flights and food topped off a memorable morning. We highly recommend this outfit a fun family adventure.

I’m absolutely loved by expertise with the A team on verse Adventure River tour! From the communication of the team, to the time they took to make sure my friends and I were comfortable and enjoyed ourselves! They made that experience one of the best activities we did on our trip to Arizona! I couldn’t recommend it enough!

We did the kayak trip, Danny was our guide. It was a great trip, some fun little rapids with great scenery. Even though the kayaks are flat bottomed, they were still easy to maneuver on the river. On the way to the drop off point, Danny explained a lot of the history and geography of the river. Danny was very engaging with a great sense of humor. We would do this trip again, it was a great start to our trip.

This was the second time my sister and I had taken one of the kayak adventures with Verde. Just like last time, we had a great time paddling the river and enjoying nature. (So many ducks!) LOL. Our guide Danny had a great sense of humor and had us laughing on the way to our drop point. If I could give more stars i would. I will definitely go for more adventures with them!

Such a great day!! Loved our guide who checked us in and drove us to the drop in!! Loved the fact that we got to make the kayak voyage what we wanted. We are old and lazy and just sat in our kayak and let the wind and the river take us as it chose!! Great day!! Hello from the blue heron! Thanks for a great day on the water!

We had a group of 6 girls that did the Water to Wine kayak adventure for a pair of 30th birthdays and it was an absolute BLAST! We didn’t have to worry about a thing, Matthew and the rest of the crew had everything ready for us when we arrived! Matthew made for such a fun beginning of the adventure tour guide, is very knowledgeable about the area and his comedy can’t be beat. He also made us all feel very comfortable with a pre-adventure lesson before getting on the water. The views are amazing and the wine is even better! Definitely would recommend this experience.
