excellent experience being in the Gondola, tour guide walked very fast which made the commentary break up a bit. didnt get to visit the museum and not given a reason as to why.

Wish we had booked with another operator. Went on this tour and the audio quality was poor and to add to that the guides English was awful and they did not make sense most of the time.

Die Reiseleitung war so durchschnittlich. Und ab dem Zeitpunkt als wir draußen waren, fehlten mit Infos. Ja ich wusste die Gondel 2. Auch war die Gondel für 5 erwachsene Menschen sehr klein und beengt. Ich hatte mir hier mehr vorgestellt.

We did the tour independently so no need for a guide. Everything was fine and what a view of Venice from the tower!

You will spend more time learning about the history of gondolas than the actual ride or experience. Our guide was very difficult to understand and the headsets provided on the gondola ride provided music and about 2 minutes of actual narrative.
