Valentina is an amazing guide. The whole tour was very interesting! You also get to see places and streets away from the typical tourist areas, while learning a lot about Venice, including things you won’t find in books. And the surprise part is absolutely magnificent.

Audio guide was a good element to the tour. However the guide was less than 45 mins advertised. Our man in charge of the Gondola raced past at least 3 others to hurry the run. Of course a gondola ride is a must when in Italy and the price we paid was some what fair but all felt rushed.

The guide Elizabeth was very sweet and friendly. The earpieces were a little hard to hear while the boat was moving.

We had a nice time, but take note that the venue is in an old prison (which had a few scary moments for the kids walking in) and it is NOT the workshop pictured in the photos. It in a room off the museum. Also, the guide demonstrates on one of our masks, would advise having a demo mask vs using a participants.
