Murano Burano trip
Claudia was an a amazing guide who gave just enough information to make the trip memorable without unnecessary hassle. Everyone on a tour was very helpful so even if you have an impaired mobility or just like to walk slow you’ll be just fine on the tour.

Perfect nightmare for a first timer traveling solo
On the website it does not address how to get there to meet the tour if you’re coming from a Cruise Ship and you are at the Port. Or how long it will take you to get to the meeting point if you’re coming from a Port Pier and plan accordingly. It was a nightmare trying to figure out which line of Water bus to take with nobody from this Tour Company to help me. There is no such thing as a “water Uber!!!!!!!!!” It should have also advised very strongly to write down the name of the Port that you are coming from, as there are several Ports and you need to know the name in order to come back to the correct one. There’s only one airport, one train station, but several Ports! Please fix the website to help tourists coming from a Cruise Ship.

Y aller quand il fait beau ahah, pour profiter des gondoles sous le soleil. Il faut s’y rendre 10 minutes en avance pour l’organisation !

Perfect starter tour
This tour is a great way to begin your visit in Venice. We got information about the history, architecture, and people of Venice. A good orientation before visiting the major sites. Our guide Iole did an excellent job in choosing campos or squares that were charming and areas that could be missed if you are only in town for a short visit. Grazie!

La promesa de valor no se cumple ya que el paseo en la góndola no duró más de !5´. No es un paseo es una vuelta por unos pocos canales. Además nuestra expectativa era que el gondolero nos explicara un poco de la ciudad y la ruta y lo que pasó fue que estuvo conversando con otro gondolero y por celular todo el tiempo.

たまたまだったのか2人で独占して乗ることが出来ました。乗り心地も良く、非常に良い経験でしたが、リアルト橋やため息橋に行くことが出来なかったので、それは少し残念です。

Overall very nice experience
Overall I was really happy with the tour. The meeting spot was easy to find and well organized. Communication was good and what we were doing was well understood. The skip the line was worth it because we walked right in to both places. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and okay to understand. We received headsets to hear him and it worked well. Group was a nice size. If you want to stop and take pictures of a place the group does not stop at too you may get left behind so you have to stay aware of the group stopping/starting to walk. We picked up on most of what our guide was saying - you could tell his 2nd language was English. He was knowledgeable about the places we visited. I wish we would have spent more time in the Basilica. However, It was very nice that we had extra time to explore the palace, but by the time we were finished exploring the palace we had to rush to the gondola. The gondola experience was nice and was a nicer experience than some of the other gondolas we had seen (nicer boat and nicer route). I’m not sure what the tour of the yard was - we never saw or were told about that even though it was on our itinerary. We have been on several tours with viator and overall this one was good and my family and I were happy with our experience. I was traveling with my family so a couple of things to note for those also traveling with kids - there are bathrooms in the palace, it’s a long tour so bring water and maybe some extra snacks if you plan to explore the castle, walking through the prison area was very cool but no place for a stroller because there are lots of steps,, if you don’t explore the prison/dungeon area you may have time for a lunch, and with all basilicas you have to dress appropriate to be on the church like no hats, knees/shoulders covered, etc.,.
