from the meeting point our guide was awesome! Once we boarded the boat, we had a different guide, and he did not acknowledge any of us. The only comments he made were to sit back and don't lean, rudely.

Gondola and Walking Tour
The entire experience was amazing and involved a lot of good information for a reasonable price!! I had an amazing time and my tour guide Beatrice was amazing.

Not worth the time or money.
The gondolier was rude. He was yelling at other gondoliers. He did not explain anything. He did not sing either. He was annoyed when we asked him to get in a picture. Not worth the money. Honestly none of the other gondoliers looked like they were enjoying themselves or cared if the tourist were enjoying the rides. It seems like they are sick and tired of doing this for a living.

Beatrice was wonderful and very friendly. The ride was great with an entertaining gondolier. Even my teens enjoyed it.

Perfect starter tour
This tour is a great way to begin your visit in Venice. We got information about the history, architecture, and people of Venice. A good orientation before visiting the major sites. Our guide Iole did an excellent job in choosing campos or squares that were charming and areas that could be missed if you are only in town for a short visit. Grazie!

Perfect nightmare for a first timer traveling solo
On the website it does not address how to get there to meet the tour if you’re coming from a Cruise Ship and you are at the Port. Or how long it will take you to get to the meeting point if you’re coming from a Port Pier and plan accordingly. It was a nightmare trying to figure out which line of Water bus to take with nobody from this Tour Company to help me. There is no such thing as a “water Uber!!!!!!!!!” It should have also advised very strongly to write down the name of the Port that you are coming from, as there are several Ports and you need to know the name in order to come back to the correct one. There’s only one airport, one train station, but several Ports! Please fix the website to help tourists coming from a Cruise Ship.

Venice - Marks Square, Doges Palace and gondola ride
Our guide Eleanor was informative, engaging and knowledgeable. We had a good tour around St Marks square and Doges Palace and finished up with a gondola ride. The gondola route was very congested and perhaps not the best experience but we enjoyed it anyhow.

Good experience for a short canal visit
Good experience but not long enough, only 20 minutes instead of 30 minutes announced. The guide was lovely with good explanations in French language.

Claudia was a great guide. We would recommend everyone to go on this tour. Both Murano and Burano were beautiful and there was lots to see and do.
