Excelente empresa y guía.
Puntualidad, me enviaron varios recordatorios días antes y el mismo día, lo que me parece excelente si uno tiene múltiples tours. El guía Marco excelente, muy agradable y con mucho conocimiento. Recomiendo a Crown Tours 100%.

最高の乗り心地
乗り心地が最高でした。船は装飾されてて可愛かったです。狭い通路でも難なく、静かな船を楽しめました。時間はあっという間に過ぎてしまいましたが、素晴らしい体験ができました。日本語が少し通じる方がいるので安心感もあります。

Overall very nice experience
Overall I was really happy with the tour. The meeting spot was easy to find and well organized. Communication was good and what we were doing was well understood. The skip the line was worth it because we walked right in to both places. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and okay to understand. We received headsets to hear him and it worked well. Group was a nice size. If you want to stop and take pictures of a place the group does not stop at too you may get left behind so you have to stay aware of the group stopping/starting to walk. We picked up on most of what our guide was saying - you could tell his 2nd language was English. He was knowledgeable about the places we visited. I wish we would have spent more time in the Basilica. However, It was very nice that we had extra time to explore the palace, but by the time we were finished exploring the palace we had to rush to the gondola. The gondola experience was nice and was a nicer experience than some of the other gondolas we had seen (nicer boat and nicer route). I’m not sure what the tour of the yard was - we never saw or were told about that even though it was on our itinerary. We have been on several tours with viator and overall this one was good and my family and I were happy with our experience. I was traveling with my family so a couple of things to note for those also traveling with kids - there are bathrooms in the palace, it’s a long tour so bring water and maybe some extra snacks if you plan to explore the castle, walking through the prison area was very cool but no place for a stroller because there are lots of steps,, if you don’t explore the prison/dungeon area you may have time for a lunch, and with all basilicas you have to dress appropriate to be on the church like no hats, knees/shoulders covered, etc.,.

たまたまだったのか2人で独占して乗ることが出来ました。乗り心地も良く、非常に良い経験でしたが、リアルト橋やため息橋に行くことが出来なかったので、それは少し残念です。

No corresponde el costo a lo recibido. Otros turistas hicieron el mismo comentario.
La promesa de valor no se cumple ya que el paseo en la góndola no duró más de !5´. No es un paseo es una vuelta por unos pocos canales. Además nuestra expectativa era que el gondolero nos explicara un poco de la ciudad y la ruta y lo que pasó fue que estuvo conversando con otro gondolero y por celular todo el tiempo.

Excellent tour It started right on time and we had amazing views of the city Highly recommend It’s worth the money as if you try to book it in the city it’ll cost you at least 90 euro

Gondola experience
It was a very good experience. At the start of the tour, the tour guide Emma Faggian explained very nicely about Venice and the gondolas. After the gondola ride, she took us to the virtual Venice experience which allowed us to see, using VR head set, how Venice would have been in the past.

Diverted
Our plane into Venice was diverted to Bologna for a 3 hr delay so we missed the gondola excursion and the tour operator did not reschedule us even though it was through no fault of our own. Disappointed in their support.

No help from Venice Tours guide to gondolas
due to the rain the travelers in the meeting point (kiosk and all the google map link) from 10:30 am did not find the staff from Venice tours, nobody was seen though the provider says the activity was working so no refund possible. the clients lost the money and could not do the gondola ride. VS

Great value and experience
I highly recommend this short walking tour and gondola ride. For a family of four, it was much, much cheaper than finding a gondola ride at a random canal. The ride was lovely!

Attentive and kind staff! The virtual Reality/3D tour was actually quite nice! The staff went above and beyond to help With a connection issue-- very kind. Gondola driver was superb.

Lovely tour.!
Our tour guide was very lovely and very knowledgeable. The tour was not too short and not too long. The tour guide gave an excellent level of information and knowledge without overwhelming us. Perfect!

Murano’s Pigeon
La visite était sympathique en elle même, cependant, il ne faut pas se leurrer le but de l’excursion (que vous auriez pu faire tout seul) est de vous faire raquer… 1 et atelier avec une démonstration de 2 minutes montre en main avec une boutique de verre de « murano » made in china vendu super cher. Puis 2 eme visite, explication de la dentelle de Burano en 2 secondes, juste le temps de dire bonjour qu’il est déjà temps de passer en caisse… c’est assez pitoyable. Les guides sont sympas mais bon ça fait cher la gentillesse made in China…

Gondola could do better
EMMA was an amazing tour guide, and she was super sweet and even recommended some good restaurants to eat around Venice. However the main gondola ride was a disappointment. The operator of the gondola was on his phone the whole time and the opportunity for photos was very rushed. They also said they were going to adjust people on the boat because of weight differences and they didn’t. The boat kept leaning to one side.

Muy bueno.
Muy buena. El tour es un poco corto dura unos 20 minutos, la otra parte previa es una caminata por la ciudad rumbo al muelle. La guía Sara excelente.
