Muy recomendable sobre todo cuando llegas a Venecia para tener una visión general de la historia y los sitios a visitar. Valentina hizo el tour súper didáctico y ameno.

Pretty awful!
Sadly, one of the worst tours we've ever taken. Our guide's (Francesco) mastery of the English language was woefully inadequate, resulting in him to speaking slowly and limiting him to a fraction of the information I heard coming from guides of groups nearby. As slow as his speech was, he walked even more slowly! When we arrived at the Basilica, we were told that women whose shoulders were bare or knees were visible would have to buy a covering of some kind at one of the kiosks on the piazza. My wife was wearing shorts and so we chose not to add an additional 20-30 Euros to the price of the tour and so did not tour the Basilica. No warning about acceptable women's clothing was given on the website nor in the office where we met to start the tour. The gondola ride was not available to people on the tour until after 5:20PM (the tour finished at around 4:30), requiring us to wait nearly an additional hour. As it turned out, we were informed that we'd be on the gondola by around 5:45 at the earliest, making it impossible for us (we had 7PM dinner reservations) to take the gondola. Again, no warning about having to wait for the gondola ride appears on the website. All in all, a very disappointing experience.

Good value. Included a short but informative walking tour and gondola tide through the neighborhood canals with a short trip along the grand canal. Very happy we did it!

Très bonne expérience. Guide vraiment très bien. Malheureusement le tour en gondole est légèrement trop court à mon goût.

Fantastic Tour with historical information you can't easily obtain on your own
The Basilica and Doge Palace were beautiful and the history was extremely interesting. Our guide was very knowledgeable and obviously loved his city! The gondola ride was also a lot of fun. I highly recommend this tour!

Atena (la guía) es muy simpática y muy profesional. Nos encantó el tour por Murano y Burano y la demostración del soplado de vidrio.. muy recomendable!

Pick another tour company
We had 2 tour guides and neither gave us their name. It is 2025 and we were forced to carry paper tickets. Who does that? There was No bathroom at the check in location. We walked 30 minutes only to be told we had to go to a coffee shop, buy a coffee and use their bathroom. The gondola portion was ridiculous. We walked for 15 minutes for a 10 minute ride where the gondola boat captain never said a word to us accept, sit down. The tour was not worth the money.

The tour guide was great. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Downside, the gondola ride was too short.

An informative tour
Our guide was great, she was very knowledgeable about the sites. There was a mixup with venicetours about where our tour started and the office was pretty disorganized.

Well organised trip, have a great time with my wife! No single problem. I absolutely recommend the guided tour for a day trip in Venice!

Belle expérience
Excellent, nous sommes ravies de notre expérience. À savoir qu’il y a 15 minutes de visite guidée et 25 minutes de gondole. Nous ne savions pas précisément le contenu de la visite en réservant. Faites bien attention car le groupe peut être séparé dans les gondoles malgré la réservation et qu’ils demandent un surplus tarifaire pour que vous puissiez monter ensemble.

GIRO IN GONDOLA FANTASTICK PER CANAL GRANDE ! Complimenti al gondoliere che ci spiegava un sacco di cose ... abbiamo pagato 130€ . Costo giusto per il giro dei vicoletti . Tutti fantastico.

Nice trip
Burano was a very nice suprise of the trip. Get sunscreen and hat. I would not recommend taking this trip during a hot summer

Well worthwhile boat trip to the islands! Perfect day.
This tour was well worthwhile and covered the most important parts of the islands including Burano and the glass makers at Murano. Allegra spoke English well and was very engaging with the group and knew the history and relevant cultural points to emphasise. We enjoyed it very much.
