The gondola ride had five people in it, and it was way overcrowded and felt like it was going to tip over. We would never do this experience again. The guide was very friendly, however a little bit hard to understand in English through the headsets. Maybe if she slowed down just a little bit we could understand the English words better.

tour was great lots of information, spent quite alot of time outside but think guide was waiting for tour line to go down then we went straight in. wasn't as busy as I thought. Doges palace lovely and st Marc's a masterpiece great to hear about the history and how it was rebuilt.

Très bien la gondole et le gondolier très bien. Ce que j aime moins c est l effet groupe énormément de monde. Mais c était bien organisé. Et c était un très bon moment.

J'étais dubitatif, mais finalement agréablement surpris. la promenade en gondole agréable. évidemment il faut partager avec d'autres personnes, c'est le principe pour obtenir ce prix compétitif, mais cela n'était pas gênant. la guide nous a donné plein d'explications intéressantes sur Venise. Et le film en réalité virtuelle à la fin de la promenade était bien fait et également instructif.

この度はありがとうございました！ ムラーノ島とブラーノ島に行きたいけれども水上バスのタイミングなどに不安があったので、このツアーを選びました。 英語のガイドさんがつきますが、通常スピードのため、私の英語力ではなかなか理解が追いつかず苦労しました。 個人的にはブラーノ島での自由時間に余裕はありましたが、ムラーノ島での自由時間がより多ければ良かったです。 水上バスはツアーのグループで貸切のため、気持ち的にはすごく楽でした。

Confusing gondola part

It takes about 5 hours to do whole experience. The gondola ride meeting point was different place and was manned by surly old guy who sent us back to original meeting place. Finally, guide from original meeting place walked us back to surly man. Very confusing!

The tour of the Basilica...

The tour of the Basilica and Doge Palace was terrific! The guide was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Unfortunately we were not provided information for access to any of the museums nor much info on the Gondola ride which we both missed out on. We felt we overpaid since we only experienced the Tour. Would only recommend this particular tour if everything had been included as promised.

One day experience to Burano and Murano to be recommended

Well organized tour and everything went the way it was promised and advertised. I didn't miss anything. To be recommended.

This is exactly what the description says- a tour of Murano and Burano. The glass making demo is amazing- I can't believe how easy he made it look! The lace making demo was a little more simple but the lace is just beautiful. It's a dying art. We had plenty of time to wander around each island and see the beauty of each. The boat was very comfortable as well. Definitely recommend.

Muy bonito. Merece la pena. Los gondoleros muy amables. Lo hicimos por la tarde con una temperatura ideal. Mejor revisar que no haga mucho calor

Amazing tour and experience

Amazing experience with our guide David. He explained to us a little history of Venice, Murano, Burano and Torcello. It was very interactive and friendly. We recommend this experience for everyone who wants to visit these islands. The tour took about 6 hours. Greetings from Romania!
