⸻ Valentina was an absolutely fantastic guide! She was super informative, radiated positivity, and you could tell she genuinely loves what she does. She shared so many interesting facts that you won’t find in any guidebook, which made the experience truly unique and engaging. The time flew by because we were having such a great time. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an insightful and enjoyable tour!

Disappointing Gondola experience
Appeared unorganized. Signed up for English guide and 50 minute gondola ride. Had a group with bilingual. Stood around while guide had to explain in 2 languages each time. Gondola ride ended up being just under 30 minutes. Ride cramped with strangers.

Guide sympa, petite balade de 10 minutes à pieds avec commentaires de la part du guide poir rejoindre la gondole. Comptez 20 minutes de balade en gondole pas plus, mais tous les tours font ça!

La guide était agréable, précise et très attentive. Pas d’accompagnement sur le pont des soupirs ou la prison : insuffisant et très dommage…

Explications intéressantes mais parfois un peu confuses. Il faut s’accrocher pour ne pas décrocher à certains moments mais guide très sympathique.

Nach 2,5 Stunden Stadtführung mit schwer verständlichen Deutsch, sind wir dann nochmal im flüssigen Englisch 30 min durch Venedicg zur Gondell geführt worden. Nach 20min Rundfahrt ( mit Einsteigen, An- und Ablegen. Aussteigen 30 min) war dass, was wir gebucht haben, nämlich eine Godelfahrt, vorbei. Dieser Ablauf war in der Ausschreibung nicht erkennbar. Würde ich so nicht noch einmal machen.
