La guide était très bien parlant très bien français. Par contre le gondolier pourrait être aimable.

El tour fue completamente improvisado. Comenzó 20 minutos tarde, algo que nunca nos había pasado en los 15 tours anteriores del viaje. Al llegar, nos dijeron que no teníamos reservación, aunque luego confirmaron que sí. La descripción prometía comentarios durante el paseo en góndola y conocer algunos lugares, pero eso no sucedió. Destaco la excelente caminata guiada por Francesco, quien mostró gran conocimiento y amor por Venecia. Antes de ir a las góndolas, la guía mencionó que el tour sería solo en inglés, a pesar de haberlo reservado en español. Finalmente lo hizo en ambos idiomas, aunque innecesariamente recalcó su esfuerzo. El paseo en góndola fue hermoso pero muy corto (20 min), y el gondolero tuvo una actitud muy ruda. En general no cumplió expectativas y no recomendaría esta experiencia con esta agencia.

Island tours around Venice
Nice speed boat taking us around the 3 nearby islands. Lots of photos and nice spots to have lunch. Very cool to see how glass was made and hand sawn lace. David was great sharing lots of stories about each island and history of Venice, would recommend this half day tour to anyone coming to Venice!

Insgesamt sehr schöner Ausflug!
Als Ausflug für einen halben Tag sehr nett, besonders Murano Gasfabrik. In Burano nettes Mittagessen , Shopping nicht so empfehlenswert. Sehr nette Reiseleitung
