Great audio tour and right
Emma did a great job explaining the tour and answered all the questions! The virtual reality tour was neat as well! Highly recommend!

Short walk with commentary, then we got on the gondola, went in a small circle, and hit out. 15 minutes tops on the water, and the gondolier pointed out two buildings, only to name them—no other information. Extremely poor value for what we paid. Do NOT recommend.

La guía, que se llama Cristina, es muy simpática y agradable, pero es cierto que durante la experiencia me faltaron más anécdotas de la ciudad o cosas interesantes, al ser ella de allí esperaba ese tipo de cosas. En mi opinión es muy caro, es cierto que te incluye las entradas y entras a los sitios antes, pero respecto a la calidad de la explicación y la experiencia esperaba mucho más por 85€.

We were looking forward to our guided tour to St. Marks Basilica and Dodge Palace. However our tour was cancelled a few hours before it was supposed to start. I received a phone call several hours before out tour and was told the tour was rescheduled for the following day, which would not work for us because we were leaving the next day. A once in a life time trip to Venice is not complete with out a tour to these two places. I was very disappointed not to see the Basilica on this trip. At least we were promised a refund, which of course I will have to wait many days before I know it has been refunded.

No better than average. Mic wasn’t working for guide so we couldn’t hear much. The “hour.” Long gondola ride was really 30 minutes. Not really worth it. I’ll take a private one next time.

Guide was very knowledgeable and easy to understand but was very short and Her guide stick was just over head and hard to follow tour lasted much longer than advertised
