Excellent tou and guide
Nothing to complain about it. The excursion was very informative and the guide David would go a step forward to satisfy his audience.

Great sights, but disorganized tour & rude guide.
We loved the sights of Venice, but the tour was disorganized and disappointing. The historical portion ran over by more than an hour, and our guide was grumpy, difficult to understand, and frequently yelled at both guests and passersby for situations he could have addressed with a polite "please don't..." instead. He didn’t seem to know where we were supposed to go next for the gondola ride, and told us the museum visit was scheduled for the next day—which was inaccurate. He blamed the group for the confusion, despite claiming to have 40 years of experience. Thankfully, the other staff were polite and helpful—especially a kind young man who mentioned he enjoys U.S. national parks.

Great family day
What a fantastic day. So much to see. Claudia our guide was very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. Having a bit more time time on Morano would have been good.

Three island tour
We had an amazing day out with David. It was very interesting and informative. It was great to see three different islands, see local artisans at work and to learn all about Venice. I would recommend this tour.

Not worthy for money
Just walk tour only they are provide after 10-20min boat travel other then nothings impressive. so kindly refund my money am not accepting this kind of walk tour we are visiting first time by self we are enjoying compare your trip

Authentic workshop experience
In the short time you have, you get to decorate a carnival mask with professional direction, whilst listening to a bit of history about the Venice Carnival

Not worth the price
The tour guide left at least half of the group behind when we lost her in a large crowd, and we had to call to find out where to meet her, which was quite a far distance away. This could’ve easily been prevented by giving verbal directions while walking and looking back occasionally to make sure the group is together or by carrying a flag. We only got an hour on the Murano island which is not enough to explore the shops. The ear piece was not clear and the tour guide’s English was difficult to understand. In fact, most people left their ear piece out for the second half of the tour. The Burano lace demo was nice and quick and the pastry “tour” was not a tour- just a walk through a pastry shop. I wouldn’t recommend this tour. Get a water taxi for much cheaper and go on your own.

Generelt god oplevelse
Guiden var rigtig sød og det var nogle spændende oplevelser. Burano var især flot med alle farverne og butikkerne. Grunden til 4 stjerner ud af 5, var fordi man ikke forstod alt der blev sagt og der var ikke nok tid på øerne til at nå både at gå rundt og shoppe lidt og sidde og spise. Man kunne godt føle at man skulle skynde sig lidt. Men ellers rigtig god oplevelse.

Relaxing views of Venice!
Elizabeth was a fantastic tour guide. Fluent in English and French. Great sense of humor, knowledgeable about Venetian history and culture. Our Gondola ride was quiet and peaceful. It was cool to watch how they work. We got a little treat with a serenade in the middle!

Fun experience
Enjoyed hearing some of the history and facts about Venice. Gondala ride was fun and scenic!. Loved the Virtual Reality presentation at the end of the tour. Veronica was lovey!

Amazing experience. Highly recommended. Perfect duration for a Gonfola ride and a maximum of 4-5 people per boat. Don't miss this when in Venice!

Disappointing
The English tour on the gondola was an app that didn’t work. The gondolier was so loud shouting and chatting to his friends. It was over very quickly. The VR experience prior to going on the gondola was interesting. The tour guide walking from the meeting point to the gondola was also good but had to walk a good ten minutes through Venice to get to gondola start point. It was hard to keep up through the crowds and as such we kept loosing connection on the radio.

Great Murano Burano Tour!
Great visit to 2 beautiful islands! Was so interesting to see the glass blowing demo on Murano and also learn about lace making in Burano. Our Guide, Claudia, did a great job of preparing us for both as we rode in a private water taxi to each island.

Allegra is super, great islands and lovely day trip out of the city The glass blowing is good and so are the Espressos. Get on that boat!
