The gondola ride was wonderful. However, the guides seemed disorganised. There was no live commentary as they took the receivers away because it was raining. Also, they said they would be waiting when we arrived back to take us for a virtual reality experience. When we alighted the gondola, there was no one there.

I felt like the gondolier did not want to take us out to the canals, like we were just another ‘job’ to do and not someone to show around. No words spoken until when he was just telling us off for taking a lot of pictures!!!

We hebben oprecht 15 minuten in een gondel gedobberd en daarvan 5 minuten door mooie kanaaltjes verder alleen op het grote kanaal gewacht… Erg ontevreden.

Die Führung durch Elisabeth war sehr, sehr gut! Fundiertes Fachwissen, interessant u. unterhaltsam präsentiert!Die vorherigen Angaben zum Treffpunkt waren sehr irreführend! Angabe, dass es ein Schild "Meetingpoint" am Kiosk gibt, stimmt nicht! Waren am Tag vorher dort, um uns zu orientieren. Die Leute im Kiosk wussten nichts von einem Treffpunkt für Führungen! Haben uns in der Tourist-Info erkundigt.

molto bello! le ragazze del posto sono state veramente gentili e attente al cliente. la prima parte del tour con il visore merita di essere fatta perche è molto immersiva. Per la parte in gondola non credo ci sia da dire molto, veramente speciale!!!
