It was shorter than expected. It was advertised 1 hour activity but the Gondola ride itself was about 20 minutes. Before the ride a guide gave us a brief history I guess that was considered the “live commentary “. The gondolier never said a word during the ride. Overall I believe this was false advertisement and not worth the money

The tour guide was very good, easy to understand and interesting information. The only thing is we found that the group was a bit large. I would recommend trying this tour on a weekday rather than a weekend.

Valentina Stella was very nice and friendly and welcomed questions about the tour during the tour. She was also forthcoming with tourist questions, like options to eat and visit while we waited to continue the tour.

Es war schlecht organiesiert, wir sind mit Zeitdruck zwei Stunden lang quer durch Venedig getrappt. Die Führung war zwar sehr interressant( Lob an die Reiseführerin), es war aber auch sehr angsträngend, angesichts der Hitze und die 6km Strecke.

The tour took 2: hours and 45 minutes. Well narrated with insights into Venetian history. Only hard challenge for a few may be the need to ascend 4 flights of stairs and frequent stairs up and down. Overall the guide may it a 5 star experience.

Superbe tour je conseille, Charlotte et les autres sont très sympa le service et top!! Belle excursion de 5 h entre la matiné rt le milieu d’aprem cela laisse le temps libre à la fin de journée sur venise. Avec des biscuit de burano plien le sac. A faire.

Learning and seeing all the beautiful history

A memorable tour of all the things to see and know in the basilica and the palace. Matteo shared his knowledge and was entertaining and, yes I’m going to say it, Matteo, he was nice too! I learned so much from him that I never would have learned otherwise. Thank you for sharing this knowledge of your Venice with us! The only thing I would add for the company is to maybe make the options (and which one I ended up getting) a little clearer since there are several combinations and it’s not as clear as it could be during booking and after booking what all is included and which parts are self tour. This company has a meeting place inside an actual office/store. We really enjoyed this tour.

Carlotta was very nice and gave great advise. We recommend this trip as Burano is very nice, Murano being a bit disappointing.
