It was amazing! Definitely worth to do this guided tour! My highlight was the Murano Glass Workshop and the Lace stitching in Burano. Marina is the best guide anyone could ask for! I definitely recommend her and this trip! ❤️👌🏼

Tour guide spoke the entire boat ride (provided whisper devices), but was hard to hear over engine noise and the guide's accent made it hard to understand. Stopped in Murano for 40 minutes which included the glass demo. After arriving to Burano, we were taken to a lace shop where the person spoke for 2 minutes, then to a bakery to get a cracker sample. Got about 90 minutes in Burano. We opted to take public transportation back. Tour was large (probably 80 people) and they don't account for their guests before departing each dock. Consider taking the vaparetto to these islands and wandering around without a time restriction.

We thoroughly enjoyed our gondola ride. Perhaps the only criticism is that it’s advertised for one hour but upon getting the tickets you find out it’s actually 45 minutes and 15 of those are with a guide and walking to the gondola area. Our guide Sofia was excellent, very informative and looked after everyone. For the price charged for this experience it was definitely worth doing as it’s left unforgettable memories of going through the Venice. I recommend this experience.

Für das viele Geld doch eher e täuschend, die Führung war sehr kurz, den Rest durften wir alleine machen, die Tickets hätte man auch direkt kaufen können…

We were shown a poor quality VR movie and given a 5 minute “Venice tour” by an uninterested guide. The gondola ride lasted almost 15 minutes and the gondolier asked for a tip! We scheduled a 20 minute walking tour of Venice and a 30 minute gondola ride and both activities were incredibly underwhelming and ended prematurely. We were told to download a guide app to use during the gondola ride that showed us a map of important locations we would pass. Our gondolier skipped half of these stops. This activity actually deserves a 0 which is not typical of a Get Your Guide activity.

Disappointing. Arrived to be shown a qr code to listen to audio but no ear piece. Taken to gondola station where we were herded into gondolas. No interaction with gondolier despite us trying to. Back to start in 25 mins where the gondolier couldn’t even be bothered to say goodbye. Could have picked up a gondola locally at same price. Other gondolier’s seemed friendlier and more interactive with their occupants. Don’t bother booking ahead

Die Aussicht war einmalig, einen Guide gab es nicht. Tickets mussten in einem externen Büro abgeholt werden. Man wurde auf Englisch abgespeist, kein Hinweis auf irgendwas. ,,Das sind ihre Tickets. " Die angepriesene App von Get your Guide funktionierte nur auf Italienisch. Was soll das? Kein Hinweis, wo die 3D Vorführung stattfinden sollte. Wir sind nach der Turmbesichtigung zurück zum Büro, um zu reklamieren, da auf den Tickets auch nur 18€ pro Person ausgewiesen war und wir aber 38,07€ bezahlt hatten. Plötzlich konnte die selbe Person deutsch und entschuldigte sich. Die 3D Vorführung fand dann dort noch statt. Das hatte sie vergessen uns mitzuteilen. Die Vorführung war mal eine neue Erfahrung, aber das Geld nicht wert. Wir fühlen uns abgezockt. So bekam diese Unternehmung einen trüben Beigeschmack.
