It was very difficult to understand the guide. I dont think it was his english, I am pretty sure it was the audio equipment. Just gave up listening half way through.

A good trip to see the islands however we did have issues with transport. Firstly the boat was too small and people were left standing until we reached the first island and swapped boats. It seemed poorly organised. The visit to the first island was very rushed we did not have time to walk around. There was 2 guides but very hard to hear the English speaker as the noise of both guides speaking crossed over eachother so we could not hear the information. Overall I was expecting more of information and tips on what to do when visiting the islands. I would recommend to visiting the islands

Very well organised. 3d show was excellent. Commentary was good and informative. Guide was very pleasant although sometimes when she was speaking I couldn’t hear all of her words. A great experience.

Guide can’t control the weather and that’s understandable but when it’s lightning and raining they still had us go on a gondola ride. Soaking wet completely and only went for 15 minutes total. Not worth the value of the money. That said, the guide was nice and VR experience was interesting at the beginning of the tour. 2/5 stars total.

The organizers shortened the tour from 1 hour to half an hour. The excuse given was that it was raining, but by the time we got into the gondola it had already stopped raining.

This was advertised as a one-hour tour/gondola ride. The office said to be there at 4:20. At 4:37 we we still standing and waiting. First there was a virtual reality “history” that we watched (standing up—no chairs) through virtual reality glasses. We got on the gondola around 5:05, and got off at 5:32 when the ride was over. So less than 30’minutes in the gondola. Not much in the way of explanation of buildings we were passing by. Pretty disappointing. Not a good experience!!!!

I thought the gondola ride was supposed to be 30 mins?! The description says its a 45 min excursion with 15 mins of that walking and 30 mins gondola. The walk to the gondolas was informative by our guide, but we booked this for the ride. We booked for 6:00PM, our guide left a little late, and we were done by 6:35. I'm disappointed, but the 15 mins we had was amazing and very peaceful.
