Very enjoyable and informative. The guide was informative, passionate and articulate. The church and palace were interesting. Our family of 9 including teens and grandparents all enjoyed the tour.

We thoroughly enjoyed our gondola ride. Our guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, and even offered us an additional 15-minute ride to the Rialto Bridge for just a few extra euros. Along the way, he pointed out several fascinating landmarks and shared interesting stories, including where celebrities have married and stayed, where Mozart once stood, and where Marco Polo grew up. The ride provided a wonderful perspective of Venice and its rich history. The only thing I had always imagined as part of a traditional gondola experience was hearing someone sing in Italian. While that wasn't included, it would have added a special touch to the atmosphere. Even softly playing Italian music in the background could enhance an already enjoyable and memorable experience.

Wycieczka bardzo fajna, w cenie krótki pokaz w fabryce szkła na wyspie Murano oraz krótki pokaz sztuki wyszywania na Burano. Transport w dobrych warunkach. Niestety na minus (dosyć duży) czas spędzony na każdej z wysp, szczególnie Burano, jeśli wybierze się opcję zwiedzania Torcello. Wyspa Burano bardzo piękna, jednak totalnie nie było czasu na zagłębienie się w jej kolory i uroki jej dalszych części, wielka szkoda. Torcello miła odskocznia - bardzo cicho i kamerlnie, lecz też krótko. Pani przewodniczka bardzo miła, pomocna i uśmiechnięta.

The itinerary was well planned, and I had sufficient time to see Murano and Burano, including shopping and a quick meal in Burano. In Burano the visit to the lace and biscuit shops were a bit of a product push, but such is the life of a tourist 😝 Elena provided a lot of information about the places and really made me appreciate the islands more. Her English was perfect and she was also very kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this tour to those who are not yet familiar with the nearby islands from Venice. Thank you!

Our guide, Emma was amazing! Loved her energy and kindness throughout the tour. She was really sweet. The gondola ride itself was a bit shorter than expected and the live commentary during the ride didn’t work the best since she was just standing near the Grand Canal and not actually on the gondola with us. Other than that, I had a great experience

We were in 2 gondolas . Ours Was ok. Our gondolier had no personality . The other one was excellent som2 diff experiences. The pre ride sessions was nice

We enjoyed the day out at Murano and burano. The glass blowing demonstration was very interesting and they had many items for sale in the shop. Some beautiful pieces to look at too up the stairs. Burano was a very pretty town with colourful houses and we enjoyed being taken to a lace demonstration and biscuit shop where we sampled a biscuit from Carmelias shop. Our guide told us some interesting facts along the way on the boat but my only negative was the boat was too noisy to hear everything she was saying in the radios. Overall a good relaxing few hours being taken to Murano and burano.
