It was great. Difficult to find the office - we misunderstood but they were very helpful and got us to the right gondola station. There are many many gondola stations Company was very accommodating and Nicola the gondolier was charming and funny and professional

We had a fabulous time on this tour. Our guide wasn’t formative and enthusiastic and the gondola ride gave us a new view of the beautiful city of Venice.

I had seen earlier reviews about difficulty finding the tour office. We had no difficulty whatsoever finding it on our Apple Maps. The tour was a lot of fun, enjoyed learning more about the history of the gondola including how it was made and how the gondoliers navigated it. The VR experience was very cool and gave us a feel for how the city was in earlier times in Venice. The tour guide was very kind and knowledgeable. We easily boarded the gondolas that seat 5 people and it was so relaxing, scenic and quiet gliding through the canals. Sunset is such a beautiful time to enjoy the canal. Overall, it was a great value for the cost. Highly recommended .

This is my first time at Venice. I saw bridges everywhere. But apparently this whole activity is passing a big body of water where you have to go by boat only. No body tell me about that. I didn't have any cash with me, and couldn't cross to the other side. Why not putting this in your travel checklist?... And the app customer service was as helpful as a rock.

Short tour on the gondola. Had an app for places to see however couldn’t use without internet. Gondola driver didn’t point anything out. Didn’t enter grand canal - stayed close to tour office location. Did get to see old canals and enjoy a peaceful ride. Expert driver navigating so many gondolas on the water.
