Wonderful tour of the islands
Lovely tour- wish we could stay in each place longer! Tour guide was terrific. Beautiful locations with a lot to take in.

Value ok but set your expectations
Good value trip to see both islands, Burano first for lace making and busy streets and then Murano for an amazing glass making demo. You get plenty of time to yourself - 2 1/2hrs - in a 5hr trip. But set your expectations because the ‘guided’ bit leaves a lot to be desired with really sub-standard audio equipment not giving the guides a chance to do their jobs properly. Don’t go expecting a fully guided tour, you’ll be disappointed .

Book once in Venice to get good seats!
While it is riding in a gondola, if you are not the first in the boat, you don't get the seats with the comfortable backs. My husband and I arrived before anyone else (an hour and a half early), but another couple got ahead of us in line to get in the gondola and got those seats. We all paid the same fair. At least charge less if you put people sitting against a metal bar the entire ride.

Great experience
Our guide, Luigi, was great! He was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Took us on a little walking tour as we made our way to the boat, and he went over and beyond on our tou with his explanations and sharing knowledge about the area. If you are wanting an experience to get out and see surrounding islands, this was a fantastic tour.

Fantastic Venetian Mask Class!
Nicola, our instructor guided us through the entire process of creating a beautiful mask. With more than 20 years experience, he is very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of our questions and helped us along the way. He is a true artist!

Have the option of describing landmarks as we navigate would've been nice. But our gondolier was friendly and happy.

We did not expect the VR experience at the end-very well done and thoroughly enjoyed it! It would be great if the gondolier could point out a few sites or points of interest along the gondola trip. I don’t expect them to have English but they could have a few pictures and point to the places that are historical or popular! Thanks
