Great guide. Gondolier didn’t say anything so a bit of history about what he does would have been neat. Otherwise amazing

We were really looking forward to the Gondola ride but instead of a “live commentary” our gondolier never said a word! The guide did explain city details before the ride through the canals. A unique experience was afterwards going back to the store/office to use a special headset for an individual experience of Venice. I would recommend planning enough time to do that!

An ok experience but expensive for what it was

It's overhyped and overpriced. The rower may not have even spoken English so not sure why we needed the English speaking boat. He didn't say hello or goodbye. There was zero communication. If you want to come to Venice and say you had this experience then it's worth it. It's kind of a bucket list sort of thing.

The tour guide was...

The tour guide was absolutely amazing but the trip to the “terrace” was a complete waste of time. Would have rather had free time to grab something to eat before the gondola ride

Not worth it

This is not a tour for someone who has never visited. The tour was basically going in a circle and describing streets no important sites whatsoever. The Bell tower was great views but the tour guide did not go. I don’t know why it’s called Rialto bridge tour because we were not even close. We saw it at a distance and did not walk on it. Total waste on money and time.

Dissatisfied

The earpieces were absolutely awful. We heard multiple complaints throughout our group that they just don’t stay on your ear. The tour through doge’s Palace seemed very rushed, and our tour guide was clueless on the gondola ride.

An amazing experience! I was not sure I had arrived at the correct meeting point (my own fault as I missed the sign), but I emailed the contact email and received an email to guide me. Great service! The tour guide was great with commentary as we walked to the gondola ride. The gondola ride was so beautiful!
