45 minutes d'activité annoncé Au final présentation préalable de 15mn par la guide puis 25 mn sur l'activité gondole en elle-même sur un bateaux où on était 5 Pas vraiment de plus value à passer par vous On aurait pu passer en direct sur place pour quasiment le même tarif et une ballade un peu plus longue

I liked the gondala ride and the interesting facts during the walking tour. However, it was unclear if there was supposed to be any audio during the gondala ride or if we were supposed to be listening thru an app. So, this activity mostly felt like an expensive gondala ride rather than an introduction to the Grand canal and Venice

Flight was delayed by 2 hours, which caused us to miss the ride and they refused to refund or to reschedule us for the very next morning.

The tour guide was amazing … but our tour didn’t get off on time as the lady who took us to our guide took us to the wrong meeting place. And we waited for 15 min trying to find our guide and the rest of our group. Our guide was very informative and pleasant. She also gave us more time because of the confusion.

Nice ferry trip to the islands
This was a very pleasant trip to see a short demonstration of glass blowing on Murano. The lace making portion was a bit of a challenge to see because the shop was small and crowded but the lace is beautiful. The guide gave a good recommendation for a place to eat. We liked having free time to wonder both island. The only down side was the ferry didn’t leave on time (tour was supposed to begin at 10:25 and we left at 10:48). Other than that everything went smoothly.

The first part of the trip is worth it. The organisation of the gondola ride was awful.
The tour of the Basilica and the palace was very good. The guide was very informative. Skip the line is worth it. The hearing device isn’t very powerful and my ear couldn’t hold it up for long. I ended up holding it in place. The gondola section was very poorly organised. Our guide, Sophie, took us to the gondola stop. We were split into 7 or 8 groups of 5. We were told to meet back at the gondola stop and would go to somewhere for a drink. When we returned, Sophie was nowhere to be seen. Other groups were with us and had no clue what to do next. After waiting 10 minutes we all departed. My question: How can a guide abandon two numbered groups without knowing?
