The confirmation email took us to the wrong location, which caused us to miss our reservation. We called about a refund and they declined. These are bad people, do not book here.

Les indicacions i les explicacions de la guia estaven bé. El circuit en góndola va ser correcte, sense més. Estava tot Massificat i no es podia circular, una mica agobiant. Al final del circuit ens van emportar a un lloc on et deixaven unes ulleres virtuals i veiés escenes de la Venècia antiga amb explicacions. Ens va agradar.
