AMAZING TOUR
Our tour guide was lovely and super informative! Would highly recommend to get a detailed tour of the Doge Palace and Venezia’s history.

Worst tour guide we've ever encountered in our travels
This tour is extremely overpriced. While it does include admission to a few of the major attractions in Venice, I have a hard time calling our experience a tour. No one in our entire tour group of 24 people could understand the tour guide due to issues with the microphone and the language barrier. Most of the tour group agreed it was frustrating and unfortunate to be on a tour where we found ourselves using Google to learn about the places we were visiting since we couldn't comprehend our guide. We found the tour description to be inaccurate as well, given it states a maximum group size of 15 people.

Gondola ride
What amazing experience to ride the gondola. My guide, Georgia, was an amazing guide. She explained our walk over to the location to the docks and had a great personality. I will definitely do this again with friends.

Ich hatte das „große Paket“ gebucht. Dieses bestand aus einer 2-stündigen Stadtführung und einer anschließenden Gondelfahrt - dies war aus der Beschreibung allerdings nur schwierig zu erkennen. Die Stadtführung war toll. Die ortskundige Reiseführerin kannte ich super aus und hat uns mit vielen wertvollen Informationen rund um Venedig und seiner Geschichte versorgt. Sie hat auch wirklich perfekt deutsch gesprochen! Die anschließende Gondelfahrt war eher enttäuschend. Wir wurden noch 15 Minuten bis zu Gondel geführt. Die Fahrt durch überfüllte unattraktive Seitenkanäle bei einem grießgrämigen Gondolierie war eher enttäuschend. Die angekündigte Strecke wurde auch nicht eingehalten - nach gut 20 Minuten war die Fahrt auch vorbei. Die Stadtführung alleine hätte 5 Sterne verdient! Die Gondelfahrt kann man glaube ich besser von einem attraktiveren Startpunkt mitten in der Stadt starten.
